Research of the tourism to flourish, because the hotel employee feel job performance is very important, therefore the hotel care about person-job fit and job attitude. And by the literature reviews and question investigate, a target people of first service employee in south famous hotel ,in addition, the research to discuss the job attitude between the person-job fit and job performance for interfere effective, then, the total of questionnaire is 430, from the 401 effective questionnaire, the methodology used to analyze and examine the scale is confirmatory factor analysis. In addition, correlation, hierarchical multiple regression analysis are applied in the process of data analysis and examination. Finally, the research reveal to (1) relationship quality has person-job fit effect on employees’ job performance (2) relationship quality has person-job fit effect on employees’ job attitude (3) relationship quality has job attitude effect on employees’ job performance (4) the job attitude is effect not person-job fit on job performance.
