科技鑽石市場現況與精進經營策略之探討

摘要


19世紀時,天然鑽石被發現其成分是由全碳物質組成,20世紀實驗室成功用化學氣相沉積法,培育出無論在化學成分、原子、磷光反應以及所有物理特性等都與天然鑽石相同的科技鑽石。而因天然鑽石的開採會嚴重破壞自然生態環境,且在道德訴求上有瑕疵存在。所以相對於天然鑽石而言,科技鑽石在商業上及環保和道德訴求上,皆存有一定之利基優勢,因此對於科技鑽石在市場上的推廣,實值得加以重視。 本研究目的係針對科技鑽石與天然鑽石之各項特性及市場現狀,進行比較研究,並探討如何精進經營科技鑽石之策略。 經由SWOT分析、專家深度訪談、TOWS分析、從市場性到投資保值功能等面項進行研究探討。本文認為首先應對科技鑽石之價格進行合理且有競爭力的定位。此外,經由珠寶專業公會的力量及媒體宣導,正向建立科技鑽石的消費觀念,並透過鑑定證書制度的建立,提升加強鑑定之公信力,增進消費者購買信心。並藉由款式的創新設計,創造出潮流品牌,並進而產生品牌效益,以突顯經營科技鑽石商業模式的核心價值,相信科技鑽石的銷售,在未來的台灣市場確實是可期待創造出佳績。 最末,本文透過產銷人發財之角度,提出三大方向之精進方案建議,對科技鑽石經營業者的建議、對珠寶公會的建議與對政府的建議。希望透過前開建議的實施,能創造科技鑽石經營銷售的優良商業模式。並以此為基礎,透過異業結盟等方式,期待能創造相關產業更多的商機。更希望透過政府協助,增加國內相關實驗室的研發製造成果與建立鑑定機構之專業發展,讓我國的科技鑽石產業能更正向積極的發展,並在國際市場上佔有一席之地位。

At the turn of the 19th century, natural diamond has been found to be composed of whole carbon. The 20th-century laboratory used chemical vapor deposition to cultivate laboratory grown diamonds that are identical to natural diamonds in chemical composition, atomic and phosphorus reactions, and all physical properties. Because the exploitation of natural diamonds will seriously damage the natural and ecological environment, people are turning to laboratory grown diamonds in hopes of stopping this destruction. Then compared to natural diamonds, laboratory grown diamonds in the commercial, environmental, and ethical requirements, there are certain advantages. So, it is worth paying attention to the promotion of scientific and technology diamonds in the market. The purpose of this study is to compare the characteristics and market conditions of present scientific and laboratory grown diamonds and natural diamonds and to explore how to refine the business strategy of laboratory grown diamond. Through SWOT analysis, expert in-depth interviews, analysis from market to investment value preservation and other aspects of research and discussion, in addition, through the strength of the Jewelry Professional Association and media advocacy, building the positive consumption concept of scientific and laboratory grown diamonds, and through the establishment of the certification system, enhance the credibility of the identification, enhance consumer confidence in purchase. Also, through the innovative design of the style, to create a trend brand, and thus generate brand benefits, to highlight the core values of operating a laboratory grown diamond business model, it is to believe that the sale of laboratory grown diamonds in a future Taiwan market can indeed look forward to good results. In conclusion, this article, through the Management Science five management, proposes for three main directions: proposals for the laboratory grown diamond operators, for the Jewelry Association and the government. It is hoped that through the implementation of the previous proposals, we can create a positive business model for the operation and sale of laboratory grown diamonds, and on this basis, through industrial alliances and other ways, look forward to creating more business opportunities in related industries. I am hoping that through the government's assistance, amplification of the research, and developing results of relevant laboratories in domestic and the professional of the establishment of accreditation bodies. Let domestic science, and laboratory grown diamond industry can correct to positive development, and occupy a place in the international market.
