由於任何工作環境皆需發掘、吸收、累積、分享知識,所以如何善加運用知識管理能力,以動態的改善組織能力,進而提升工作成效已日益重要。因此,本研究探討國軍的知識管理能力及動態能力對其工作成效之影響。首先,本研究透過文獻探討有關知識管理能力、動態能力與工作成效之相關研究,再藉由問卷調查法探討國軍之知識管理能力及動態能力對於其工作成效之影響。研究結果發現,知識管理能力對動態能力及工作成效皆有顯著的正向影響。這表示國軍若要提升其工作成效,不只要加強知識管理的能力外,更要在動態能力方面投入心力,如此才能有效的提升國軍的整體工作表現。同時,建議國軍高層可在於知識取得、轉移及知識保護等能力方面投注更多的心力,以有效提升國軍之工作成效。
Due to the fact that the knowledge exploration, assimilation, accumulation, and sharing are essential in all work environments, thus it is become increasingly important that how to apply knowledge management capability to improve the capacity of an organization through dynamic approaches, as well as to enhance job effectiveness. This study thus to explore the influence of knowledge management capability and dynamic capability on job effectiveness for the military. Firstly, this study reviews relevant literature about knowledge management capability, dynamic capability and job effectiveness. Then the questionnaire method applied to explore the influence of knowledge capability and dynamic capability on job effectiveness for the military. The results show that both knowledge management capability and dynamic capability have significant positive influence on job effectiveness. This means that if the military wants to improve job effectiveness, it is not only necessary to enhance their knowledge management capability, but also have to make more effort on their dynamic capability, as well as job effectiveness can be enhance. At the same time, this research suggests that high-level military executives should make more effort on the capability of knowledge acquisition, transfer and protection for the military in order to enhance their job effectiveness.
