國軍衛勤部隊知識管理與組織效能之相關性研究

本論文研製之隨著知識經濟時代的來臨，知識軍事也隨著知識經濟悄然來臨，它將呈現出從「知識爆炸」到「知識創新」之時代，而軍事事務及觀念改革求新求變，使得軍事領域已呈現新的變化面貌，如同德國著名軍事理論家克勞賽維茲曾說：「知識必將成為戰鬥力」。在企界業紛紛引進知識管理作為以增加競爭力之同時，「知識管理」此議題在「戰求必勝」的軍隊更顯重要。知識的累積與傳承本為陸軍所具有之優良軍風，建軍數十年來已累積相當多的外顯性的準則教範、技術手冊、工作規範及武器裝備與內隱性的訓練經驗、工作心得與專業人力等知識，此一寶貴而龐大的知識資源，如能有效的加以管理，將有利於部隊知識的傳承，更可有效的提昇部隊戰力。故本文試以衛勤部隊為對象，以其知識為管理的內容，參考各方學者之研究，採文獻探討及專家訪談方式，對衛勤部隊知識管理實施現況暸解後，試圖提出部隊導入知識管理的通用模式，以供部隊導入知識管理模式之參考。

This valuable and extensive knowledge resources, such as can effectively be managed, will be conducive to the transfer of knowledge forces. More forces can effectively enhance the combat capability. Therefore, this article tries to medical service forces for the object, its knowledge management reference research scholars between the parties. Mining the literature review and expert interviews.
