探討國小教師應用YouTube網站輔助教學接受度之研究

摘要


台灣小學教育近年來受到資訊科技蓬勃發展之影響,以往教學資源短缺、不足而造成的教學窘況,得藉由資訊科技的進步與網際網路的盛行來加以弭補,對教師教學與學生學習之成效提升有相當之助益。本研究根據Venkatesh & Davis(2000)提出的延伸科技接受模式為理論基礎,主要目的為探討不同背景變項之國小教師,在應用YouTube影音網站輔助教學時,其外部變數和使用者認知有用性、認知易用性與使用意願之間的相互關係與差異。 本研究針對高雄市國小教師進行隨機抽樣,共回收有效問卷計224份。問卷資料回收後,以SPSS統計分析軟體來進行資料分析與處理,獲得結論如下: 一、 不同背景變項之高雄市國小教師,應用YouTube影音網站輔助教學的使情況,對其「認知有用性」、「認知易用性」均無顯著的差異。 二、 YouTube影音網站的外部變數,包含「形象」、「工作相關」、「輸出品質」與「結果展現」,都對使用者認知有用性有正向影響。 三、 高雄市國小教師使用YouTube影音網站,使用者認知易用性對認知有用性有正向影響。 四、 高雄市國小教師使用YouTube影音網站之「認知有用性」對「使用意願」有正向影響。 五、 高雄市國小教師使用YouTube影音網站之「認知易用性」對「使用意願」有正向影響。   在學術教育行政主管機關的建議方面有以下兩點:第一,提議地方學術教育主管機關應快速定訂數位科技學習的長期計畫與方針,延續辦理有關數位教學之觀摩會,可由觀摩會的辦理提升教師數位化教學專業知能。第二,教育單位應及早規劃班級電腦資訊設備的維護與汰舊換新計畫。在對學校行政單位方面之建議方面,第一,鼓勵與支持學校行政人員參加相關研習。第二,建置良好的網路與資訊設備使用環境,並兼顧到每位老師。以期透過多媒體教學模式,能夠激發學生學習動力而提升教學成效。

In recent years, elementary education in Taiwan is greatly impacted by the flourish of information technology. The advancement of information technology and the current of the Internet help to cover up the education predicament caused by the lack of education resource. They have significantly benefitted the promotion of lecturing and learning. The foundation theory of this research is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) published by Venkatesh and Davis (2000). In the paper, the discussion mainly focuses on the distinct background variables upon external variable and the relationship and the difference between users’ perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease-of-use (PEOU) and the wills among them when the elementary school teachers utilize YouTube videos to assist the lectures. In this research, the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung are aimed to progress the random sampling. The total amount of valid questionnaires is two hundred and twenty-four. The retrieved questionnaires are analyzed by SPSS statistical analysis software and the results are listed below: 1. There is no apparent difference between perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use upon the circumstance of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung of distinct background variables utilizing YouTube website as assisting resource. 2. The external variable including “image”, “work relevance”, “output quality” and “outcome performance” on YouTube video-sharing website has positive effect on users’ perceived usefulness. 3. Perceived ease-of-use of elementary teachers in Kaohsiung who utilize YouTube video-sharing website has positive effect on perceived usefulness. 4. Perceived usefulness of elementary teachers in Kaohsiung who utilize YouTube video-sharing website has positive effect on usage intention. 5. Perceived ease-of-use of elementary teachers in Kaohsiung who utilize YouTube video-sharing website has positive effect on usage intention. The two suggestions provided from academic educational administration are listed below: first, propose that local academic educational administration should establish the long-term plan and policy of e-learning as soon as possible. Keep executing e-teaching-related demonstration lectures and enhancing teacher’s e-teaching professional knowledge and skills through it. Second, the educational institutions should scheme out the plan of maintenance and renewal of class computer and IT equipment as soon as possible. The suggestions provided from school administration are listed below: first, encourage and support the administrators from school attending related workshops. Second, build a quality Internet and IT equipment access environment and look after every teacher. Through the multi-media model of teaching, spur the motivation of students and increase the effect of lecturing.
