企業社會責任推動策略之探討-以台積公司與鴻海集團為例

摘要


近年來,隨著人民對環境保育的意識提升以及政府媒體對企業社會責任的推廣,許多企業除了注重營收利益外,有策略性地推動企業社會責任也必然是一件重要的事情。而能夠針對企業社會責任之利益關係人,如員工、股東、客戶、供應商、消費者、社區與自然環境提出經營制度或改善行動,實具有刻不容緩的重要性。企業不再只是以獲利為主的組織,更應該是以身作則的負責任公民,未來的企業,不只在商業界追求卓越與領導,也將是社會的領導力量,沒有落實企業社會責任(Corporate Social Responsibility, 簡稱CSR)的企業,勢必是很難再獲利益關係人的認可。 本研究以台灣科技產業-台積公司與鴻海集團為例,分別探討其企業社會責任及其推動策略,透過個案研究法探討其共同之處,以各公司對「員工」、「生態環境」與「社會環境」所推動的企業社會責任策略和成效提出看法,並在最後的結論提出依照這兩家公司的成效,我們可以歸納出四點,第一點為以誠信為經營準則,第二點為提供利害關係人對等的溝通管道,第三點為對環境友善,最後則是回饋社會四大面向作為企業推動策略社會責任的基礎。

In recent years, people aware of the impact of environmental destruction, and the government and social media highlight corporate social responsibility, many companies, in addition to the revenue and benefits, should put efforts to take the responsibilities to serve the communities. Hence, it is of great importance to be able to propose management systems or improvement actions for CSR stakeholders, such as employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers, consumers, communities, and the natural environment. Companies are no longer just profit-oriented organizations but should be responsible citizens who lead by example. In the future, companies will not only pursue excellence and leadership in the business world but will also be a leading force in society. Companies that have not implemented Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will inevitably find it difficult to gain the recognition of their stakeholders. The study takes TSMC and Foxconn, the technology industry in Taiwan, as examples, to explore and compare their CSR and promotion strategies. Through case studies, the commonalities are explored, and the CSR strategies and effectiveness of each company in promoting "employees", "ecological environment" and "social environment" are presented. This study concludes that according to the effectiveness of these two companies, we can summarize four points: 1. integrity as a management criterion, 2. providing equal communication channels to stakeholders, 3. being friendly to the environment, and 4. feedback to society as the basis for promoting the corporate strategic social responsibility.
