本研究目的為艦隊官兵海洋環境汙染知識、態度與行為之現況,並了解背景變項的影響,同時也討論知識、行為與態度之間的相關性。另探討海軍艦隊陸岸與艦艇單位對海洋環境汙染的知識、行為與態度之差異情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以艦隊指揮部為研究樣本,利用自編之「海軍艦隊執行海洋環境汙染知識、行為與態度相關之研究問卷」作為主要的研究工具,共回收402份問卷,最後利用統計方法進行分析討論。 所得之樣本資料透過描述性統計分析、信度分析、獨立樣本 T 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析等方法進行分析,現況分析結果如下;(一)艦隊官兵在海洋環境汙染知識、態度與行為的表現在平均之上,但在行為方面需要加強。(二)不同背景變項,對知識影響上,階級和資訊來源有顯著差異;對態度影響上,階級有顯著差異;對行為影響上,是否有意願但任種子教官有顯著差異。(三)海洋環境汙染知識與態度之間呈現中度正相關,海洋環境汙染知識與行為之間呈現低度相關,海洋環境汙染態度與行為之間則是呈現中度正相關。
The purpose of this study is to understand the current status of knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of marine environment pollution of fleet officers and soldiers, and to understand the impact of background variables, and also to discuss the correlation between knowledge, behaviors, and attitudes. In addition, we discuss the differences in knowledge, behavior, and attitudes of marine fleet land and naval units about marine environmental pollution.This research uses a questionnaire survey,taking the fleet command as a research sample, use the self-edited "Questionnaire on the Knowledge, Behavior and Attitude of Marine Fleet Performing Marine Environmental Pollution" as the main research tool,a total of 402 questionnaires were recovered, finally, use statistical methods to analyze and discuss. The sample data obtained through descriptive statistical analysis,trust level analysis, independent sample T test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson product correlation analysis and other methods for analysis, The current analysis results are as follows; (1) The performance of the fleet officers and soldiers in the marine environment pollution knowledge, attitude and behavior is above average, but the behavior needs to be strengthened. (2) Variables with different backgrounds have significant differences in the influence of knowledge on class and information sources; on the influence of attitudes, there are significant differences in class; on the influence of behavior, there is a significant difference in whether there is a will but a seed instructor. (3) There is a moderate positive correlation between knowledge and attitudes of marine environmental pollution, low correlation between knowledge and behavior of marine environmental pollution, and moderate positive correlation between attitude and behavior of marine environmental pollution.
