具數位調光控制之LED植物成長燈驅動電路之研製

摘要


近年來半導體及光電技術突飛猛進,大大提昇發光二極體(Light-Emitting Diode, LED)之亮度與效率,使得利用LED光源在廣義農業生產上已變得可行。植物需要陽光之照射才能生長茂盛,光對植物生長的作用是促進植物葉綠素吸收二氧化碳和水等養份,合成碳水化合物。人造光源也同樣可以讓植物完成光合作用,現代園藝或植物工廠內均結合了補光技術或者完全之人工光源技術。LED植物生長燈是採用半導體照明技術,專門應用於植物生長補光燈。雖然一般白光LED也具有植物所需波段,但植物生長燈之各種波長易於用來調控植物之不同生長階段所需之光質。藍色光線有利於植物葉片生長,紅色光波長則有利於植物開花與結果,所以紅藍色光是植物生長之最基礎光源。 本研究之LED驅動電路是選用返馳式(Flyback)架構,採用單開關整合功因校正電路及直流/直流轉換器電路合而為一模組,除可符合高功率因數需求外,並可減少開關使用數量,降低產品成本,以及增加電路功率密度。LED模組則選用紅、藍LED數目比例為3比1,並結合數位控制技術,可簡易進行單組或多組(群控)調光之操作,以選擇適合各種植物生長之光源,使產品能符合市場需求。

In recent years, Semiconductor and optoelectronics technology are advancing enhance the brightness and efficiency of light-emitting diode rapidly. Making use of LED light source in the generalized agricultural production has become feasible. The plants need sunlight irradiation to grow well. Light on plant growth role is to promote plant chlorophyll, absorb nutrients, synthetic carbohydrates as carbon dioxide and water. Artificial light source also can equally let the plants to complete the photosynthesis. Modern gardening or plant factories are generally combined either providing full sun light irradiation or giving artificial light source. The LED plant growth lamp is the use of semiconductor lighting technology, specializing in applied to plant growth. Although the general white-light LED can provide the wavelength band required for plant growth, but plant growth lights of various wavelengths is different according to different growth stages, and the LED plant light is easy to be used to regulate the red and blue wavelengths of light quality. The blue light is conducive to the growth of plant leaves, red light wavelengths in favor flowering and fruiting, so combined red and blue LED are the mostbasic good light source. In this study, the LED drive circuit is adopt flyback structure, a single switch integrated power factor correction circuit and a DC/DC converter circuit into one module. In addition, to meet the high power factor demand, reduce use the number of switch and product costs and then increase circuit power density. LED module is the choice of red, blue LED lamps ratio of 3 to 1.The use of digital control technology, easy operation of a single group or the group control dimming to choose from a variety of sources suitable for plant growth. So that products can meet the market needs.
