摘要

本研究以人口老化日益明顯的趨勢為時空背景，探討科技需求在高齡者應用領域所扮演的角色，以瞭解資訊科技對高齡者所能提供的助益。本研究探討資訊時代裡高齡者運用網路科技的使用行為上，社會性影響、社會資本所扮演的角色。研究目的是使用｢ 使用與滿足 」、｢資訊準備度 」、｢社會性影響」、｢社會資本」理論探討高齡者接觸網路科技與社會的關聯性，研究網路科技對高齡者扮演的角色。

本研究的研究方法是採用量化研究的問卷調查法作為研究方法，使用線上調查法的方式蒐集高齡者的問卷，以客觀的角度瞭解高齡者在科技需求上所呈現的趨勢，以了解高齡者對科技的需求，做出結論與建議，提供後續相關研究者可參考的具體建議。

This research reflects on an aging population increasingly trended with time/space background to explore the IT roles that were provided to aid the elderly. Here the IT is to investigate in the study of elderly role on their social influence,their social capitalism. Research goals are focused on "usage and gratifications ", '"social impact", and "social capital" on how elderly can access and play a role on network technology theory and its social relevance.

The research method for the elderly adopted is the use of questionair-quantative survey to understand their needs in IT trends. Conclusions and recommendations were made for subsequent researcher users to refer to.
