本研究針對陸軍軍官學校學生對於廉潔教育學習滿意度與成效及其關係加以研究及參考相關研究者所得之成果,本研究採用問卷調查法,並發展「國軍廉潔教育滿意度與成效及其關係之研究-以陸軍軍官學校學生為例」問卷為研究工具,研究對象為陸軍軍官學校89期至92期在校學生,共計發出300 份問卷,回收有效問卷300 份,研究分析樣本並以SPSS 軟體實施基本資料分析、信度分析與獨立樣本t 檢定及單因子變異分析。 經本研究發現,不同性別、科系及參加廉潔教育次數的學生對授課內容滿意度、授課方式滿意度及教育成效等構面呈顯著差異。如男性學生在「對授課內容滿意度」及「授課方式滿意度」平均數上均高於女性學生;政治系學生在「授課內容滿意度」、「授課方式滿意度」及「教育成效」等構面成效均高於其他科系學生。 根據本研究結果及參考歸納相關學者所提觀點,本研究提出以下二點建議,期許能對爾後相關議題研究者提供建議並有所助益: 一、持續落實廉潔教育的宣教 二、國軍廉潔教育課程的階段性設計
This research is aimed at studying the satisfaction and effectiveness of anti-corruption education in Army Officer School students and referring to the results obtained by relevant researchers. Research-Taking Army Officer School Students as an Example "questionnaire as a research tool, the research object is the students in the Army Officer School from 89 to 92, a total of 300 questionnaires were sent out, 300 valid questionnaires were recovered, research analysis samples and SPSS software Carry out basic data analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t test and single factor variation analysis. This study found that students of different genders, departments, and the number of times of integrity education have significant differences in the content satisfaction, teaching method satisfaction, and educational effectiveness. For example, male students are higher than female students in the average number of "satisfaction with the teaching content" and "satisfaction with the teaching method"; students of the political department have "satisfaction with the teaching content", "satisfaction with the teaching method" and "education effectiveness", etc. Facets are higher than other students. According to the results of this study and the points of reference of relevant scholars, this study proposes the following two suggestions, hoping to provide suggestions and help to researchers on related topics in the future: 1.Continue to implement the mission of integrity education 2.The staged design of the national military integrity education curriculum
