Graduate thesis "Measuring the level of job satisfaction and performance of employees at Thu Thiem Power Company" is designed to: Measure the level of satisfaction for the employee's work with the organization; measure the effect of the level of job satisfaction on an employee's performance on an organization; Suggest some solutions to improve the level of employee satisfaction and their performance under limited resources. Based on inheriting the previous research results of Tran Kim Dung (2005, 2007) and communicating with departmental superiors, HR managers and colleagues in the same company. The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) performance results are obtained through the feedback of the Heads of Unit. The formal study was conducted by quantitative method through data collection method using the questionnaire survey - responding to the sample size of 219. At the same time, The head of department, HR manager based on KPI criteria. All feedback data will be processed with SPSS software. The scale is assessed through Cronbach alpha analysis and factor analysis to test reliability and validity. Research hypotheses were tested through correlated analysis with Pearson coefficients and linear multiple regression. Results showed that only three aspects of job satisfaction were positive and statistically significant to the performance of the employee. Corporate welfare (ß = 0.119), work environment - colleagues (ß = 0.112), mechanics promotion-fair (ß = 0.062). The topic demonstrates the correlation between job satisfaction and employee performance, and the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) on performance evaluation of employees. Finally, the study presents solutions based on direct analysis of the factors affecting the performance of employees, thus helping the management of Thu Thiem Power Company to offer solutions to improve the performance of the company employees.
