應用階層線性模式於臺灣虱目魚與白蝦混養技術改良之研究

摘要


為確保海洋產業面臨全球性的耗竭與絕種,並降低需求量確保產業的水質魚類的品質乃為掌握監視追求水質魚類的首要目標,當海洋產業消耗一段期間後,若能適時維護,可延續海洋產業使用年限並提升海洋產業的效期壽命,面對全球捕撈市場的客製化,客戶需求穩定成長未雨綢繆精算管理,故本文之目的在探討捕撈市場有效監視及適時維護海洋產業鏈存活,並以人工飼養虱目魚與白蝦,提供消費者高品質之水質產業,降低海洋產業鏈枯萎。 本研究首先參考漁業署二級資料,探討如何提升台灣養殖虱目魚經濟效益,以減少海洋生態環境產業鏈存活率。模型主要以混養方式討論,另以變數考量「魚池層」、「存活率」、「成長率」及「整體效率」為主。一般台灣虱目魚養殖以單養居多,混養又不易掌握技術達成效益,研究方法是運用階層線性模式(Hierarcchical Liner Model, HLM),分析虱目魚、白蝦混合飼養時期間之層級結構,建立上述之變項進行評估,由群體決策的過程中,遴選出優勢方法,藉由方法間排序的情形,瞭解問題發生的原因及解決之道。 研究結果發現,利用階層線性分析不同區域混養的相關因素,不同區域變數對虱目魚與白蝦的整體效益,有顯著的正向影響;個體層次與總體層次的相關變項,會正向調節魚池的整體效益。本研究之貢獻如下:一、簡介HLM運用於養殖業之綜效,二、系統性說明養殖業架構與理念,三、客觀闡述全球間如何培養養殖業模型之最佳維護方法及四、養殖時點。此HLM模型適合虱目魚、白蝦混合飼養模式,並可提供養殖魚業界改善其維護品質及監測系統發展之參考。

In order to avoid the marine’s products face global exhausted and extinct, and reduce the neediness for ensuring the quality of fishes, those are the main purposes of monitor the quality of fishes. If we can preserve properly after the consumption of marine products for a period, it can be extending the usage period of the marine industry and improve the validity period of it. In the face of customization of the global fishing market, demands of customers grow stably, and taking precautions and actuarial management, the purpose of this study is to explore the efficient surveillance of fishing market, and to keep the survive of marine business chain. In addition, the artificial feeding of milkfish and white shrimp can provide the high-quality marine products to customers, and also reduce the depletion of the marine industry chain. Based on the information of Fisheries Agency, this study explores how to improve the economic efficiency of breeding milkfish in Taiwan, in order to reduce the Survival rate of business chain of marine ecological environment. The model is main based on the mixed-culture, consider the variables of the “fish pond layer”, “survival rate”, “growth rate”, and “whole efficiency”. In general, the breeding milkfish in Taiwan is main the mono-culture, because the mixed-culture is difficult to handle the technology efficiently. This study uses Hierarchical Liner Model (HLM) to analysis the hierarchy structure of mixed-culture of milkfish and white shrimp, and to evaluate based on the variables mentioned above. Hierarchical linear analysis of correlation factors of polyculture in different regions showed that the regional variables had a significant positive effect on the overall benefits of milkfish and white shrimp, and the correlations between individual and overall levels positively adjusted the overall benefits of fish ponds. The contributions of this study are, 1. Introduction the comprehensive effect of HLM used in aquaculture, 2. Systematic description the structure and concept of aquaculture industry, 3. To explain objectively how to cultivate the best maintenance method of aquaculture model in the world, and 4. Breeding time. This HLM model suit the mixed-culture of milkfish and white shrimp, and can provide the aquaculture industry the reference about the improvement and maintenance of quality and the monitoring of system development.
