二十一世紀是一個以知識為基礎,改變世界經濟面貌、人類生活及思維方式之世紀,人類為了適應新時代潮流的變化,以終身學習當作基礎。國防部在國防白皮書內就提及知識軍事的重要性與特徵,進而研擬出本國的具體作法。而本研究就是藉由計劃行為理論來探討國防部推行的政策下的優與劣及推行的成效。 研究方法採問卷調查研究方式進行,並將問卷內資料的五個要素(態度、主觀規範、知覺行為與行為意圖、人口學變相)分為計劃行為理論及人口學變相兩大部分)。問卷共計發放204份,有效問卷204份,回收率100%。本研究發現如下: 1.軍職人員在職進修學行為之意向以「知覺行為控制」為最高。 2.性別、年齡及服役年資,並不會影響進修之意願。 3.後勤人員相較於其他工作屬性更願意去執行進修行為。
The 21st century is a century based on knowledge, changing the face of the world economy, human life and ways of thinking. Human beings are based on lifelong learning in order to adapt to the changes in the trend of the new era. The Ministry of National Defense mentioned the importance and characteristics of the knowledge military in the national defense white paper, and then developed the specific practices of the country. This study explores the advantages and disad-vantages of the policies implemented by the Ministry of Defense and the effec-tiveness of implementation through the theory of program behavior. The research methods were conducted by questionnaires and research meth-ods, and the five elements of the questionnaire (attitude, subjective norms, per-ceptual behaviors and behavioral intentions, demographic disguise) were divided into two parts: the theory of planned behavior and the disguised demographics. A total of 204 questionnaires were distributed and 204 valid questionnaires, with a recovery rate of 100%. The study found the following: 1.The intention of military personnel in their careers is to use "attitude" as the highest. 2.Gender, age and years of service will not affect the willingness to pursue fur-ther studies. 3.The logistics staff is more willing to perform the learning behavior than other job attributes.
