The purpose of this subject is to improve quality of public services and the satisfaction of business who implement online tax return at Tax branch of Thuan An Town, Binh Duong province. On that basis, a number of measures are recommended to help the Thuan An District tax branch. The recommended research model was built on the basis of the theory of quanlity service, the satisfaction of customer. Inheritance and selective were discovered from studies of theory, and the preliminary research established the six components affecting the quality of public services and the satisfaction of business who implement online tax return at Tax branch of Thuan An Town, Binh Duong province with the name (1) Online tax return system, (2) Reliability, (3) Competence, (4) Security, (5) Understanding Bussiness need, (6) Innovation management method. A quantitative study with a sample size 150 customers of Thuan An District tax branch is carried out to assess the scale and test theoretical models. Cronbach Alpha reliability results and explored factor analysis (EFA) showed that the scale will meet the reliability, value and acceptance. Thus, based on the research findings, policy makers, managers of Thuan An District tax branch will further understand the level of interest, satisfaction of business; then apply appropriate changes to boost satisfaction of business who implement online tax return. Drom results after testing scale by Cronbach Alpha, six factors have been identified to affect Satisfaction of business who implement online tax return, and regression analysis results found that three components scale satisfaction of business who implement online tax return are statistically significant and affects the satisfaction of business who implement online tax return, which proved that the three hypotheses of the study is acceptable. Most powerful factors to the satisfaction are Competence, Reliability, Security.
