探討高雄市國小教師兼任行政職務之工作壓力與工作滿意度

A Study on Relationship between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction:The case of Elementary Teachers with Administrative Status in Kaohsiung City

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討高雄市國小兼任行政職務教師工作壓力與工作滿意度之關係,並分析不同背景變項下的影響情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以2018學年度高雄市公立國小教師兼任行政職務為研究對象,以分層隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查。依據實際調查回收資料,進行描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森相關等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果發現: (一)高雄市國小教師兼任行政職務以女性為多,學歷多具有碩士以上學位。 (二)高雄市國小教師兼任行政職務感受到的工作壓力為中等程度。 (三)國小教師兼任主任工作壓力高於教師兼任組長。 (四)教師兼任行政職務者工作壓力依年齡的不同而有顯著差異。 (五)國小教師兼任行政職務年資「2年以下」與「5~未滿10年」工作壓力高於年資「10~未滿20年」。 (六)整體而言,國小教師兼任行政職務之性別、婚姻狀況、學歷、學校規模等背景變項在工作壓力上無顯著差異。 (七)高雄市國小教師兼任行政職務感受到的工作滿意度為中等以上程度。 (八)國小教師兼任行政職務之性別、年齡、學歷、婚姻狀況、年資、行政職級、學校規模等不同背景變項在工作滿意度上無顯著差異。 (九)國小教師兼任行政職務感受的工作壓力與工作滿意度間呈現顯著負相關。

The main purposes of this study were to explore the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction of elementary school teachers with administrative status in Kaohsiung City and to analyze the differences between different background variables. The study adopted the method of questionnaire survey. The target samples of this investigation were public elementary school teachers with administrative status in Kaohsiung City in 2018 academic year. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation. The major results of the study are as follows: 1.The majority of teachers with administrative status in elementary schools in Kaohsiung City are females with Master’s degree. 2.Elememtary school teachers with administrative status possessed an average level of job stress.. 3.Elementary school teachers who work as directors have more job stress than those who work as section chiefs. 4.There were significant differences in elementary school teachers'job stress based on age. 5.Elementary school teachers who work with administrative status less than two years and five years to below ten years have more job stress than those who work with administrative status ten years to below twenty years. 6.There is no significant differences in job stress among elementary school teachers with administrative status in terms of gender, marital status, educational background and school size. 7.Elementary school teachers with administrative status possessed an above average level of job satisfaction. 8.There is no significant differences in job satisfaction among elementary school teachers with administrative status in terms of gender, age, educational background, marital status, teaching years, administrative status and school size. 9.There is a negative correlation between job stress and job satisfaction.
