The System Quality of Instant Messaging Software and Quality of Information to Organizational Communication and Work Effictiveness: A Case Study of 43th Artillery Command

摘要

國軍使用智慧型手機普及化，在訊息傳遞、人與人之間溝通帶來影響，訊息傳遞是否有效，所帶來的實質效益如何，從即時通訊軟體上命令傳達是否及時、有效，能在有效時間傳達給同仁，不會造成在訊息傳達上延誤、誤解或錯誤，在組織溝通、工作效能上能否有效的改變。
本研究方法是發放電子問卷方式進行研究，研究國軍人員使用即時通訊軟體之系統品質、資訊品質對組織溝通及工作效能之影響。研究對象以國軍四三砲指部之軍官、士官、士兵，針對樣本作統計、信度分析及迴歸分析，以隨機抽樣的方式進行發放及收集問卷，回收共計270份，有效問卷264份，再針對樣本以SPSS-26軟體實施分析與驗證。
本研究驗證以下結果：
一、即時通訊軟體系統品質對組織溝通有顯著正向影響。
二、即時通訊軟體資訊品質對組織溝通有顯著正向影響。
三、組織溝通對工作效能有顯著正向影響。
四、即時通訊軟體系統品質對工作效能有顯著正向影響。
五、即時通訊軟體資訊品質對工作效能有顯著正向影響。

The popularization of the use of smart phones by the national army has brought about an impact on information transmission and communication between people. Whether the message transmission is effective and what are the actual benefits brought about. Whether the command transmission from the instant messaging software is timely and effective, and can it be communicated to colleagues in an effective time. It will not cause delays，misunderstandings or mistakes in the transmission of information, and can effectively change the organizational communication and work efficiency.
The method of this study is to issue electronic questionnaires. To study the influence of the system quality and information quality of military personnel using instant messaging software on organizational communication and work efficiency. The research objects are officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the 43th artillery command. Perform statistics, reliability analysis and regression analysis on samples, distribute and collect questionnaires by random sampling. A total of 270 questionnaires were recovered and 264 valid questionnaires. Then analyze and verify the samples with SPSS-26 software.
The study verifies the following results：
1. The quality of instant messaging software system has a significant impact on organizational communication.
2. The information quality of instant messaging software has a significant impact on organizational communication.
3. The organizational communication of instant messaging software has a significant impact on work performance.
4. The quality of instant messaging software system has a significant impact on work performance.
5. The information quality of instant messaging software has a significant impact on work performance.
