美感教育融入幼兒飲食行為之行動研究

摘要


美感教育,是培養幼兒品味生活的幸福能力。本研究採行動研究方式,欲探討美感教育融入幼兒飲食行為之影響,旨在了解將美感教育融入課程是否能提升幼兒飲食行為。 本研究之研究動機與目的如下: 一、探討美感教育融入幼兒飲食行為之轉變情形及教學成效。 二、了解美感教育融入幼兒飲食行為教學遭遇之問題與因應策略。 三、探討美感教育融入幼兒飲食行為,研究者在歷程中自我省思與成長。 本研究以研究者服務幼兒園導師班級為研究場域,研究對象為四歲中班28位幼兒。實施18週課程教學,每週5小時,整理觀察記錄、主題相關學習單、家長回饋單、教學日誌、協同觀察表、幼兒飲食行為檢核表前後測等進行資料分析,透過省思、檢討、進行循環修正教學行動方案,有效解決教學現場問題。 本研究主要發現如下﹕ 一、美感融入課程確實有助於提升幼兒飲食行為 二、有效運用空間,發揮教學最大效益 三、體驗式美感課程,提升幼兒多元學習成效 四、親師生共學,建立完整學習網絡 五、善用園所飲食環境,深化幼兒飲食態度 六、建立幼兒正確安全行為,維護良好學習環境 根據本研究之發現,提出幾項建議,以作為幼兒園教師及未來研究者之參考。 關鍵字﹕美感教育、幼兒、飲食行為

Aesthetic Education is an ability to cultivate the happiness of children's tastes. This study explored the impact of aesthetic education on children's eating behaviors by action research, and aims to understand whether integrating aesthetics into the curriculum can improve children's eating behavior. The motivation and purpose of this research are as follows: 1.To explore the transformation of aesthetic education blend into children’s eating behavior, and the effectiveness of teaching. 2.Understanding the problems and countermeasures of aesthetic education blend into children’s eating behavior. 3.To explore the self-reflections and growth of researcher during the process of aesthetic education blend into children’s eating behavior. In this study, the researcher takes her class as research field, and the research object are 28 children which are age 4 in the kindergarten. Implementing 18-week course instruction, 5 hours a week, and doing data analysis through organizing observation records, theme worksheets, parental feedback forms, teaching journal, pre-test, post-test of children's dietary behavior checklist. Effectively solve the problem through reflection, review, and cyclical revision of teaching action plans. The main findings of this study are as follows: 1.The aesthetic education blend into curriculum does help to improve children's eating behavior. 2.It brings maximum benefits of teaching when use space effectively. 3.Improving the effectiveness of multi-learning for children through experiential aesthetic curriculum. 4.To establish a complete Learning network by collaborative learning between parents, students, and teachers. 5.To deepening children’s attitude of eating by using the eating environment of kindergarten. 6.Establish correct and safety behaviors for children and maintain a good learning environment. The study findings may serve as a guide for kindergarten teachers and further researchers. Key Words: aesthetic education, children, eating behavior
