面對全球化及瞬息萬變的經濟環境,壽險業的經營面臨多元且嚴峻之競爭與挑戰。「知識」因而取代了土地、資本與人員,成為壽險業提昇競爭優勢最重要的資源。知識移轉對壽險業在永續經營與發展上佔有極重要的地位。本研究以壽險業務員為例,探討組織公平是否會影響到知識移轉以及組織公平是否也會透過信任影響到知識移轉。 本研究將問卷資料運用 SPSS 統計套裝軟體進行敘述性統計分析、信度分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、迴歸分析及層級迴歸分析以得到結果。 研究結果顯示組織公平對信任有正向影響,信任對知識移轉有正向影響。組織公平對知識移轉有正向影響,且信任在組織公平對知識移轉影響間有部分中介效果。
In the face of globalization and the ever-changing economic environment, the life insurance industry faces diversified and severe competition and challenges. "Knowledge" thus replaced land, capital and personnel, and became the most important resource for the life insurance industry to enhance its competitive advantage. Knowledge transfer has a very important position in the life insurance industry in sustainable management and development. This study takes life insurance salesmen as an example. Exploring whether organizational justice will affect the transfer of knowledge. Whether organizational justice will also affect the transfer of knowledge through trust. In this study, the questionnaire data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical software package for descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The research results show that organizational justice has a positive influence on trust, and trust has a positive influence on knowledge transfer. Organizational justice has a positive influence on the transfer of knowledge, and trust has a partial mediation effect on the influence of organizational justice on knowledge transfer.
