摘要


公幼教保員自我效能與工作滿意度之相關研究 摘要 本研究旨在探討公幼教保員自我效能與工作滿意度之相關性,採用問卷調查法,以臺灣西半部地區(基隆市~屏東縣共十六個縣市)之專任公幼教保員為研究對象,於2018年12月進行調查研究與分析。研究工具為自編「公幼教保員自我效能與工作滿意度量表」。研究採用分層隨機抽樣方式,共調查497人,有效問卷463份,並將調查所得資料,以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關等統計方法進行分析。本研究結果如下: 一、 公幼教保員的自我效能屬中高程度。 二、 不同「任教年資」、「教師資格」之公幼教保員其自我效能有顯著差異。 三、 公幼教保員的工作滿意度屬中高程度。 四、 不同「年齡」、「任教年資」、「教師資格」之公幼教保員其工作滿意度有顯著差異。 五、 公幼教保員之自我效能與工作滿意度具有顯著正相關。 綜合上述研究結果,尚針對主管教育行政機關、公幼教保員與後續研究者提出若干建議。 關鍵字:工作滿意度、公幼教保員、自我效能

A Study on Public Caregivers’ Self-efficacy and Job Satisfaction of Preschool Abstract This study aims to explore the correlation between self-efficacy and job satisfaction of public preschool caregivers. The questionnaire survey method is used to form the full time public preschool caregivers of the western Taiwan (16 counties and cities from Keelung to Pingdong County). The public preschool caregiver was the research object and conducted research and analysis in December 2018. The research tool is self-edited "public preschool caregivers’ Selfefficacy and Job Satisfaction scale". The study used stratified random sampling to survey 497 people. There are 463 valid questionnaires, and the data were analyzed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Person’s product-moment correlation.The results of this study are as follows: 1. The self-efficacy of the public preschool caregivers is moderately high degree. 2. There are significant differences in the self-efficacy among different "teaching years" and "teacher qualifications" of public preschool caregivers. 3. The job satisfaction of public preschool caregivers is moderately high degree. 4. There is a significant difference in job satisfaction among different "ages", "teaching years"and "teacher qualifications" of public preschool caregivers. 5. There is a significant positive correlation between the self-efficacy and job satisfaction of public preschool caregivers. Based on the above research results, a number of suggestions are also made for the educational administration, public preschool caregivers and follow-up researchers.
