醫療用品批發商之商業模式分析 -以昱萬興業有限公司為例

摘要


隨著科技的不斷進步,批發業的通路增加許多的銷售模式,使得國內批發業的銷售量得以持續成長,相關產業也隨之蓬勃發展。與國內眾多生產廠商長期合作的昱萬興業有限公司,擁有多年的醫療用品、婦嬰用品及日常生活用品的批發經驗,提供客戶多元的產品選擇,且長期與上游製造商及下游客戶皆保持絕佳的合作關係。 然而,在現今內外在環境因素多變下,昱萬興業有限公司面臨諸多外來考驗。對此,本研究以昱萬興業作為研究對象,並以PEST分析、SWOT分析及商業模式瞭解昱萬興業之經營現況。分析結果顯示,昱萬興業擁有七項優勢、四項劣勢、四項機會與五項威脅,本研究並根據SWOT矩陣擬訂出兩項策略。本文最後再針對個案公司繪製出目前的商業模式,藉由各項分析工具之助,期盼能夠提供昱萬興業經營者未來發展與規劃之參考。 關鍵字:醫療用品、婦嬰用品批發商、PEST分析、SWOT分析、商業模式

With the rapid development of science and technology, the wholesale industry's access has increased many sales models, and the sales volume of China's wholesale industry has been increasing year by year, and related industries have also flourished. Wanwan Industrial Co., Ltd., which has long-term cooperation with many domestic wholesalers, has many years of experience in medical supplies and maternity products wholesalers, providing many customers with more product information and long-term relationship with upstream manufacturers and customers. However, under the influence of environmental factors both inside and outside, Wanwan Industrial Co., Ltd. faces many challenges. In this regard, this study takes Wan Wan Xingye as the research object, and discusses the current status of the business of Wan Wan Xingye with PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and business model. The analysis shows that Wan Wan Xingye has seven advantages, four disadvantages, four opportunities and five threats. This study has developed two strategies based on the SWOT matrix. At the end of the paper, we will add two groups of target customers, two types of channels, and two key activities to the existing business model deficiencies. With the help of various analysis tools, we hope to provide future development and planning for Wanxing Industrial Operators.
