隨著顧客需求與汰換頻率的增高,如何將產品以最短的時間上市並滿足顧客的需求,已經是企業所面臨的挑戰。產品生命週期管理之概念是將產品之產生、使用、與毀棄的過程,透過資訊平台與工作流程管理,將資訊提供到需要的人與組織,使工作流程得以精實連貫,工作品質得以完整掌握,且產品生產得以順利完成。 實施產品生命週期管理,能有效掌握產品於生命週期各階段之工作實務細項,並可循序分析且改善過程問題,以提昇企業之生產效益與產品之市場價值。 本研究將產品生命週期各階段之活動以IDEF進行系統化分析,重建各階段活動單元之輸入事物、工作定義、控制條件、所需支援與輸出事物,再將所需資訊、專業人員、供應商與設備納入考量,建構出產品生命週期之整合模型,藉此模型可進行實案比對與分析,而得知企業若導入產品生命週期管理機能時,目前能力之欠缺。
The frequent demands of update and renewal from the consumers have become a regular behavior on the market. All production industries have to face the challenge of the shortest time-to-market value with optimal quality satisfactions. A concept of product lifecycle management (PLM) were established due to the demands, for which will deal with the manipulation information and process of production, usage, and disposal of a product. By concisely connecting the workflows and the essence of the tasks, a product of high efficiency and high quality can be developed. This research uses IDEF to reconstruct the I/O, controls, and constraints of the four stages of a product lifecycle into the action level, and then create the corresponding workflows of the scheme with the requirements of information, professional workforces, suppliers, and equipments. By checking the requirements on the scheme, the competency of an industry in managing a product lifecycle is made explicit. The paradigm may be adopted in different type of products with moderate modifications. The results of the research will provide production industries a guideline in implementing PLM to achieve better time-to-market value and quality satisfaction.
