研發人員之專案管理能力分析─以某TFT-LCD公司為例

摘要


近年來TFT-LCD產業蓬勃發展,隨著需求的擴增,產值也快速的成長,產業對人才的需求非常殷切。但因市場環境變化迅速,全球競爭廠商之技術提升,研發人員之專案管理能力,必須要能足以因應產業之成長與競爭。 本研究主要是針對TFT-LCD產業之研發單位各職級研發人員,研究方式首先參考國內外相關文獻,依據國際專案管理學會(Project Management Institute)專案管理知識體系中五大過程、九大知識領域的44個子過程,編修適當之問卷,並統計分析,進行各職級研發人員之專案管理能力分析,以提供企業應用於招募、訓練需求、轉調及晉升之參考應用。 本研究以某TFT-LCD科技產業公司研發人員為母體,採用分層隨機抽 樣(Stratified random sampling)發放方式,共發放650份問卷,回收573份問卷,剔除無效問卷39份,有效問卷534份,問卷回收率88.2%,有效問卷回收率93.2%。本研究重要發現分別為:1.研發人員所需之專案管理能力在知識領域方面,以專案時間管理、專案品質管理與專案成本管理最為重要;2.現有研發人員具備之專案管理能力,以專案整合管理、專案品質管理與專案成本管理能力較佳;3.現有研發人員在專案管理能力五大程序中,以控制程序能力最弱。

In recent years, TFT-LCD industry is rising and flourishing. With the demand increasing, it has also rapidly increased the growth of output value. Therefore, the industry strongly demands for talent now. Because of rapidly changing of market environment, technology upgrade of global competition and abilities of project management of R&D personnel must be capable of coping with industry growth and competition. This study mainly focuses on R&D personnel of each R&D department in TFT-LCD industry. First, having a complete review of relevant research methods and literature, then creating the appropriate questionnaires according to forty-four sub-processes categorized into five main processes and nine knowledge fields in the Project Management of Knowledge of International Project Management Institute. Statistical analyzing the abilities of project management of R&D personnel to provide industry for reference applications involving recruitment, training , transfer and promotion. R&D personnel in a TFT-LCD technology industry is the parent survey in this study. Distribution method is stratified random sampling. 650 questionnaires were distributed and 573 questionnaires were retrieved including 39 invalid questionnaires. Total number of valid questionnaires is 534. The retrieved rate is 88.2% and the valid rate of retrieved questionnaires is 93.2%. The important results of this study are: 1. In knowledge field, the most important requirements of R&D personnel are project time management, project quality management and project cost management. 2. The better abilities of project management of R&D personnel are project integration management, project quality management and project cost management. 3. Among the five main processes that R&D personnel have, ability of process control is the weakest.
