知識文件保護機制的導入對組織成員個人知識分享意願 之影響-兩家跨國製造業之研究

摘要


知識文件保護機制是當今企業強化知識管理的要項之一,然而,至今仍有多數公司不敢貿然導入,主要的原因是考量知識文件受保護後的不便性,及造成知識的保護及分享之間如何取得平衡的問題。本研究旨在針對企業知識文件保護機制與個人知識分享意願之關係作深入探討,藉由深度訪談的方式,針對兩家個案公司進行對比性探討與分析,並運用問卷調查方式進行資料蒐集與實證。本研究顯示,知識文件保護機制的導入對知識管理活動之成效有正向幫助,而對知識文件保護機制的信任是促使組織成員願意與他人分享知識的主要因素之一,並得到適切的文件保護實現方式對個人知識分享意願具正面幫助之結論。

Knowledge document protection scheme is one of the major topics for enterprises to strengthen knowledge management (KM). However, many enterprises have hesitated to implement the protection scheme so far. The main reason is that the access of protected knowledge document may be inconvenient, and raise an issue on the trade-off between knowledge document protection and knowledge sharing. The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between the knowledge document protection scheme of an enterprise and the personal knowledge sharing willingness of staff. We execute a case study for two comparative corporations. Firstly, we take in-depth interview with some key persons of the corporations. Then, we design a questionnaire to collect more information from various staff of the corporations to verify the results getting from in-depth interview. The results of this study show that the implement of knowledge document protection scheme will improve the performance of KM, and the trust in protection scheme is one of the major factors for people who are pleased to share their knowledge. Moreover, we conclude that an appropriate knowledge document protection scheme will enhance the willingness of staff to share their knowledge.
