高雄捷運站務人員人格特質對情緒管理及工作壓力之研究

摘要


過長的工時、競爭的環境,使得現代人感受到相當高之工作壓力,本研究透過人格特質、情緒管理及工作壓力相關文獻的探討,形成本研究之架構,本研究主要目的有三項:第一項、了解站務人員人格特質、情緒管理、工作壓力的現況;第二項、了解不同背景變項對站務人員的人格特質、情緒管理、工作壓力之差異;第三項、探討站務人員人格特質、情緒管理及工作壓力的關聯性。   本研究採問卷調查法,研究對象為高雄捷運公司之站務人員,有效樣本數為216份。研究工具為「人格特質量表」、「情緒管理量表」、「工作壓力量表」。資料處理以敘述性統計、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析,本研究主要發現如下: 一、人格特質對情緒管理中之情緒覺察及情緒調適有顯著影響。 二、人格特質對工作壓力中之主管壓力、溝通協調及內在衝突有顯著影響。 三、情緒管理對工作壓力中之工作負荷、溝通協調及內在衝突有顯著影響。 關鍵字:人格特質、情緒管理及工作壓力

Base on the competitive environment has longer and longer working hours, in which modern people feel higher and higher pressure of work. This research explores personal traits, emotional management and Job stress, all of which form the main structure of this study. There are three main purposes of this study:1. to understand the current status of the personal traits, emotional management and Job stress of MRT station staffs; 2. to grasp the differences among the different control variables involved in the personal traits, emotional management and Job stress of MRT station staffs; 3. to investigate the relevant circumstances of personal traits, emotional management and Job stress of MRT station staffs. This study utilized the method of a questionnaire; its samples were MRT station staffs in Kaohsiung rapid transitcorporation . The total number of viable samples reaching 216. The research tools consisted of "personality trait quality table", "emotional management scales", " Job stress scale ". Data processing was based on statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, one-way anova (one-way analysis of variance), and an analysis of regression to test the research hypothesis and discuss the results one-by-one. This study discovered the following: 1. Personal traits of station staffs had a significant effect on emotional awareness and emotional adjustment of emotional management. 2. Personal traits of station staffs had a significant effect on working pressure, pressure of communication and internal conflict of Job stress. 3. Emotional management of station staffs had a significant effect on workload, pressure of communication and internal conflict of Job stress..
