企業志工運用管理之研究:以大臺中企業為例

摘要


本研究採用質性研究法,以個案研究法探討大臺中地區的企業志工運用管理,邀請5家企業志工業務承辦人作為研究參與對象進行深度訪談,並參考美國光明基金會的七大企業志工方案管理指標,作為企業志工管理面向之主要研究構面,最後依據整合研究分析及研究者的實務工作觀察,對未來政府推動企業志工方案、推動企業、以及運用企業志工之非營利組織提出相關建議。 本研究結論主要分為四大面向: 一、企業志工推動模式屬於動態性的變動過程 二、企業推動企業志工之目的具有多重出發點 三、企業志工之運用管理模式有持續發展之空間。 四、企業志工管理實務操作與志願服務法規實踐的差距 本研究依據統整研究結果與反思討論,分別針對實務推動企業志工相關單位提出建議,包含推動企業志工之之企業組織、運用企業志工之非營利組織、主責規劃大臺中企業志工日的拓凱教育基金會以及政府單位等相關單位,最後對未來研究方向提出建議。 本研究對未來研究方向之建議 (一)可納入企業志工業務承辦人個人的執行歷程探討 (二)可納入更多推動企業進行探討 (三)可與企業志工運用單位進行深入比較 (四)可探討衛生福利部志願服務資訊整合系統之功能與實際操作

In this study, the qualitative research method was used to study the management of employer supported volunteer program by case study on companies in Taichung area. Five employee volunteer managers who were invited to conduct in-depth interview as research participants, and adopted The Points of Light Foundation’s seven employee volunteer program management indicators as the main research framework of employee volunteer management. Finally, based on the integration of research and analysis of the practical work of the researchers observed to put forward suggestions for companies and government which want to promote employee volunteerism and the non-profit organizations which have employer supported volunteer program. The conclusions of this study are divided into four main directions: 1.The employer supported volunteer program is a dynamic change process promotion model. 2.The purpose of enterprise to promote employer supported volunteer program included multiple motives 3.The management of employer supported volunteer program is still under development. 4. There are gaps between the practice of volunteer management and the ideal of volunteer management profession.   This study concludes the results of the research findings and reflection, for the practice of the agencies relevant of employee volunteer that included the companies which attempts to promote employer supported volunteer program, the non-profit organizations who wanted to use employee volunteers, the Topkey Education Foundation which in charge for planning employee volunteer day in Taichung area, and to government that put forward suggestions for practical work and make suggestions for future researches as follows: (1)The individual implementation process of the employee volunteer manager can be included in the discussion. (2) More companies should be included to the study. (3) There is a need for in-depth comparison between different companies. (4) It is necessary to explore the Ministry of Health and Welfare service information integration system functions and practical operation.
