部落客知識分享行為之研究

摘要


隨著Web 2.0的興起,部落客的知識分享與互動行為已逐漸受到重視。本研究將以社會交換理論與自我效能理論為基礎,探討知識分享型部落客知識分享行為的動機因素,以了解部落客對部落格互惠的認知、對部落格觀眾的信任程度、報酬期望的預測、以及自我能力的評斷,對其知識分享行為的影響。此外,並探討知識分享行為如何影響部落客所知覺的主觀幸福感,以了解知識分享行為對部落客的情感狀態、自我評價、人際關係有何影響,以及部落客的情感狀態、自尊、人際關係對其主觀幸福感的認知是否有所影響。   本研究以實證研究方法進行,研究結果顯示信任、報酬期望、知識分享自我效能對知識分享型部落客之知識分享行為有正向影響。而知識分享行為正向影響部落客的正向情感、自尊、以及人際關係,負向影響部落客的負向情感,且正向情感、自尊、以及人際關係對部落客的主觀幸福感有正向影響。本研究結果可以做為後續相關研究學者、部落格平台設計者、企業決策制定者、以及未來研究與機制訂定之參考。

With the increasing usage of Web 2.0, Knowledge sharing of bloggers are emphasized recently. For the purpose of understanding the effects on knowledge sharing, this study is based on social exchange theory and self-efficacy theory. Besides, the motivation of bloggers'' knowledge sharing behavior was discussed. Moreover, discussion of knowledge sharing behaviors how to effect subjective well-being of bloggers would be pointed out to realize the influence among affect, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships by bloggers. Empirical study is applied to this study, and the result indicates that trust, reward expectation, and knowledge self-efficacy have the positive effect upon the type of knowledge sharing bloggers. Positive affect, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships are with positive effect on bloggers'' knowledge sharing and subjective well-being. On the other hand, negative affect brings the negative effect. This study could be viewed as an example to researchers for the further research, and to blogger designers and companies of making future decision.
