本研究主要在探討中小企業的夫妻創業歷程中,頭家娘如何配合頭家之事業發展,進行身分認同和調整,過程中可能存在之環境壓力,當存在壓力下頭家娘如何隨著事業發展展開個人學習和培養商業智能。由於多數的台灣中小企業發展過程中,頭家娘協助頭家進行事業經營十分普遍,其角色不同於一般受僱婦女勞工的特質與意義。過去夫妻創業之相關研究較少被探討,且探討頭家娘之身分認同與發展智能之理論文獻更是微乎其微,但在實務上卻可以看到很多頭家娘在家庭與事業中調整角色,且從中提昇工作能力和對事業之助益。本研究採用二階段分析方法:(1)第一階段:個案訪談法。本研究首先針對二位製造業與二位服務業之中小企業頭家及頭家娘進行個案訪談,以了解頭家和頭家娘對於頭家娘之身分認同、智能發展、環境壓力與個人學習之態度與對事業發展之影響。其後,進一步將相關理論文獻之萃取以及個案訪談法之重要觀點作為本研究問卷設計題項。(2)第二階段:問卷分析法。本研究共計發放180份問卷,回收結果為148份,扣除無效問卷後為140份問卷,並透過統計分析工具了解頭家娘之商業智能發展。研究結果發現:1、身分認同與個人學習對於商業智能具有正向影響。2、身份認同對於個人學習具有正向影響。3.且壓力對於人格特質與身份認同以及個人學習之交互作用產生干擾。實務意涵方面,結果表示頭家娘會因為個人背景、身份認同以及個人學習而對於商業智能具有影響,主要表現在公司經營以及人事管理上。
The purpose of this study was to explore how Boss’s wife to identified and adjust themselves to co-ordinate the process of coprenerual business, how to develop individual learning and cultivate their business intelligence under pressure in the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). In the development process of Taiwan SMEs, boss’s wife assisting boss’s business is not rare, and she’s role has different significance from general employed women. However, past literature and studies seldom to explore how self-identity and business intelligence development of boss’s wife impact copreneurial business. In practical situation, we can see a lot of Boss’s wife adjust themselves to fit with the family life and business operation, and enhance their abilities and earn benefits in the process of business. In order to deeply understand the business intelligence development of boss’s wife, this study adopt two-stage analysis method, including: (1) Case interview. This Study choose 2 Boss’s wife in manufacturing industry and 2 Boss’s wife in service industry and had a interview with each of them, in order to understand how the role identification, business intelligence, environmental stresses and individual learning of boss’s wife influence their business development. (2) Questionnaire analysis. The research issued 180 questionnaires and collected 140 valid questionnaires. The research results were following: 1. Role identification and individual learning had a positive influence on business intelligence. 2. Role identification had a positive influence on individual learning. 3. Environmental stress had a moderating effect in personalities, role identity as well as individuals learning. In practical implications, the results revealed that the personal background, identification, individual learning had a positive influence on business intelligence, and mainly revealed in company''s operating performance and personnel management.
