在全球競爭激烈的環境中,品質對於企業及供應商而言是重要的要求。生產零件核准程序(PPAP)是供應商在量產產品前,顧客要求的核准規範。此外,供應商也會利用內部或外部管理評鑑,瞭解本身管理體質的缺點,透過改善,提升管理水準。這兩套作法的目的都是期望企業能有效率的提供符合顧客需求的服務或產品,但是分別採用兩套作法,使重複投入企業資源。本研究提出PPAP-QFD法,利用品質機能展開(QFD)整合生產零件核准程序(PPAP)與管理評鑑的方法,將內部製程或品質管理作業與顧客需求結合,由PPAP的要求開始,結合管理評鑑,得到階段的改善方法。本研究透過企業個案研究,詳細示範PPAP-QFD的執行步驟,個案的結果顯示,透過PPAP-QFD所得到的改善方法,可以在進行企業體質改善的同時,能夠滿足PPAP的要求,與減少企業資源的重複投入。
In the globally competitive environment, quality is an important demand requirement for businesses and suppliers. Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is production part approval specification which required by customers, and suppliers shall meet these requirements before mass production. In addition, suppliers will improve management operations and management levels through the utilization of internal and external management reviews. The purpose of PPAP and management reviews is to efficiently deliver products or services to customers. However, two approaches used respectively waste enterprise resources. In this research, the PPAP-QFD has been proposed, using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to integrate Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and management reviews combining the internal process and quality management operation with customers’ request. Starting from the PPAP requirements, combined with management evaluation, get the stage improved method. This research demonstrates the steps of PPAP-QFD in detail through enterprise cases study. The results of the case study shows that the improvement through PPAP-QFD can meet the requirements of PPAP and improve the business while reducing repeated enterprise resources investment.
