教育是百年大計,更是國家的根本與希望,而人類為能適應科技進步、經濟發展所帶來的變革,就必須重視基礎教育。國小學童在學習過程中,經常會因學童本身的行為特徵、社會適應或其他外在因素干擾以致發生學習不佳的現象,因而使教學策略執行效果不彰。因此為能找出對學童學習成效之干擾要項,本研究以國小學童在學習的重視度與實際表現程度兩指標利用績效評估矩陣,確切地找出國小學童在學習成效上需要改善之要項,並建構國小學童學習成效以評估改善要項之參考依據,否則造成教育資源浪費又無法達到預期之教學成效,更甚而導致影響國家教育的競爭力。 本研究之案例以中部鄉村型國小高年級學童課程學習為例,深入探討學習成效相關資訊,首先從學童學習實際滿意度的資料透過因素分析所萃取出的因子,利用差異分析找出對構面認知的不同群族,且利用邏輯斯迴歸分析判別學童學習成效,結果模式判別正確約70%。另外,試圖從學童學習成效題項中找出學習期望重要度與學習實際滿意度兩者之認知差異之題項,本研究利用簡單易懂的績效評估矩陣含績效管制界限方法從18個題項中找出有8個題項是需要改善(資源不足),本研究針對這8個題項實際滿意度分別對基本資料各因子做差異分析找出認知較低的族群作為改善對象,並加上專家建議擬定改善方案,此簡易過程可提供教育工作者在未來探討學習成效之參考依據。
