人格特質與人際關係對青少年自我概念之影響---以台中縣青年高中學生為例

摘要


本研究目的旨在瞭解青少年人格特質、人際關係、探索教育與自我概念之現況及因果關係。據此,本研究採隨機抽樣方式選取青年高中一年級12個班級進行問卷調查,共發放470份問卷,回收464份,資料經獨立樣本t檢定、卡方分析、多變量變異數分析、多元迴歸分析後,研究結果如下: 一、 不同背景的青少年對人格特質、人際關係、探索教育與自我概念皆呈顯著差異。 二、 人際關係的三個構面皆有中上程度的數值,顯示青少年對於人際關係的重視,其中親人關係之值高於師長關係及同儕關係,亦即青少年在親人之間的聯繫關係仍較緊密。 三、 自我概念數值高於中間值,四個構面中以心理方面數值最高,生理方面最低,顯示青少年對個人內在的評價高於外在條件,在此時期外表的變化仍在持續進行,因而可能造成較無自信。 四、 探索教育的整體得分皆高,尤以自我探索構面的分數為最高,其次為經驗學習及團隊合作,顯示探索教育對於學生的自我更加了解,也能協助學生在經驗架構及互助合作上有所幫助。 五、 人格特質、人際關係、探索教育與自我概念皆呈現顯著正相關。 依據研究結果,本研究對學校、教育單位、未來後續研究提出建議,期望透過人格特質、人際關係、探索教育與自我概念提供相關人士對青少年情況之暸解,亦可提供相關單位未來推行教育政策之參考 【關鍵詞】人格特質、人際關係、自我概念、探索教育

This study explores the current state and the relationship of personal characteristic, interpersonal relationships, adventure education and self-concept of young people. To accomplish this, those subjects were randomly selected from 12 first-grade classes in Youth Senior High School. A total of 470 questionnaires had been distributed and 464 of them had been retrieved. The questionnaire information is analyzed by t-test, chi square test, MANOVA and regression. The results of this research are listed below: 1. Young people with different backgrounds have different manifestations of personal characteristic, interpersonal relationships, adventure education and self-concept. 2. All the three subgroups of interpersonal relationships showed values in upper-intermediate level. It demonstrates that young people regarding the interpersonal relationship value. And the value of family member relationships is higher than the value of division commander relationships and the same generation relationships. 3. The value of self-concept is higher than the intermediate value. The psychological value is the highest and the physiological value is the lowest in the four subgroups. 4. The whole value of adventure education is high, especially for the subgroups of self-exploration. The next is the experience study and team cooperation. 5. Positive correlations exist between personal characteristic, interpersonal relationships, adventure education and self-concept. According to the research results, recommendations are made for schools, educational authorities and further study. With the understanding of the personal characteristic, interpersonal relationships, adventure education and self-concept of young people, future educational policy could be carry out more effectively. 【Keywords】personal characteristic, interpersonal relationships, self-concept, adventure education
