北部地區現役軍人對理財認知理財行為及退休理財規劃之研究

摘要

本研究以北部地區現役軍人為對象，透過問卷調查方式進行資料收整分析，分析軍人在理財認知、理財行為與退休理財規劃之現況。問卷採用量表包括：理財認知、理財行為以及退休理財規劃，係參考王傳蒂（2006）及溫騰光（2007）等人關於個人理財相關問卷而成，問卷資料經蒐整後除敘述統計分析、單因子變異分析（One-Way ANOVA）、雪費（Scheffe）法、卡方檢定（Chi-Square Test）進行處理，歸納結論如下：（1）多數軍人理財認知正確，而退休看法受個人背景條件因素影響明顯。（2）有超過八成的軍人每年會投入11-30%的金額進行理財，但所採用的理財工具仍偏保守，而近年來隨著房地產高漲，不動產亦成為投資選項之ㄧ。（3）軍人整體退休理財尚稱積極，希望在50歲以前退休，而退休後每個月能有5~6萬元供生活開銷。（4）對未來有近五成軍人憂心重大醫療支出降低生活品質。

This research is focused on financial preparation, financial behavior and retirement planning of those military personnel in northern districts with the use of surveys. The survey references the concepts of Mr. Wang (2006) and Mr. Wen’s (2007). Collected data thus be calculated and analyzed by the R software using one-way ANOVA method, Scheffe method and Chi-Square method. Analyzed results are as below:
1.Most military personnel share the same positive perspective towards financial preparation, as for retirement planning, individual growth backgrounds influence the most.
2.Over 80% of military personnel devote 11% ~ 30% their income in investments. The methods they use are more of a conservative way. Due to the increase of real estate prices, real estate have became one of the popular investment tools throughout.
3.Military personnel are quite cautious about their retirement planning. Most wish to live a life receiving 50 ~ 60 thousand for daily usages before the age of 50.
4.As for the future, over half have worry about medical outcomes affecting their recent life qualities.
