電子化應用的議題已被廣泛討論超過20年,早期偏重於先佔優勢以及開發系統來取得競爭力,然而到了目前,組織競爭力的獲得,則必須強調將電子化與組織密切整合。本研究利用SIA的4個指標,作為企業競爭力的構面,以及資訊導向的15個項目,作為電子化能力衡量的構面,經由相關分析來瞭解,在電子化構面中,哪些項目會影響到企業競爭力,反之企 業欲提昇某項競爭力時,應從電子化的那些能力來著手。 本研究以台灣為數最多的中小企業為研究對象,經由樣本資料的相關分析,結果顯示: 1.企業競爭力之“降低成本”能力,與電子化中的 3 項能力成高度相關,分別是“資訊科技對公司營運的幫助,”“資訊科技對公司流程的幫助,”“資訊的處理能力。” 2.企業競爭力之“控制風險”能力,與電子化中的 3 項能力成高度相關,分別是“資訊的感知能力,”“資訊的蒐集能力,”“資訊使用的控制行為。” 3.企業競爭力之“增加企業價值”能力,與電子化中的 2 項能力成高度相關,分別是“資訊使用的誠實行為,”“資訊使用的分享行為。” 4.企業競爭力之“創新營運模式”能力,與電子化中的 2 項能力成高度相關,分別是“資訊的維護能力,”“資訊使用的主動積極。”
The issue for business informationization application has been discussed wildly over twenty years. In the beginning, the point focused on taking the first advantage and the early development of system. Nowadays, the way for an organization to do integration with business informationization would be emphasized even more in order to improve the company competitiveness. Therefore, by employing the four factors of SIA assessment model as the dimensions for company competitiveness, and the fifteen factors of information orientation as the dimensions for business informationization, the study will find out which dimensions in business informationization are affecting the performance in company competitiveness and vice versa. The study takes SMEs as research objectives since they are the majority in Taiwan’s industries. The results of the correlation analysis showed that the ability of “Reduce Costs” in company competitiveness is highly related to the ability of “IT for Operational Support,” “IT for Business Process Support” and “Processing” in business informationization. The ability of “Minimize Risks” in company competitiveness is highly related to the ability of “Sensing,” “Collecting” and “Control” in business informationization. The ability of “Add Value” in company competitiveness is highly related to the ability of “Integrity” and “Sharing” in business informationization. The ability to “Create New Reality” in company competitiveness is highly related to the ability to “Maintaining” and “Proactiveness” in business informationization.
