本研究欲探討運動器材製造產業的主管與領導者所使用領導風格,對於成員知覺主管領導效能的影響效果。首先檢驗主管所使用的轉型領導行為與交易型領導行為對於領導效能的關聯性,再探討轉型領導行為使用的影響性在運動器材製造產業中是否大於交易型領導行為。試圖了解此產業主管如何透過本身所使用之領導行為強化成員對於領導效能之認知,並進一步促使組織成員在心理與外在行為上的績效表現。 本研究以中部地區運動器材製造產業(雅鉦電機股份有限公司、肯尼實業有限公司、東庚企業股份有限公司、岱宇國際股份有限公司、來福嘉股份有限公司)之在職員工為研究樣本,共發出問卷575份,回收500份,回收率為86.96%。其中,有效問卷為447份,有效回收率為89.4%。本研究採用簡單迴歸法分析資料,結果發現: 1. 轉型領導風格對於領導效能有正向且顯著關聯性。 2. 交易型領導風格對於領導效能有正向且顯著關聯性。 3. 轉型領導對領導效能之影響關聯性高於交易型領導。 由本研究可知,運動器材製造業領導者應重視領導行為的使用,當主管運用轉型領導,將有助於員工正面知覺主管領導效能。當主管有效運用轉型領導與交易型領導時,將有助於員工在內外在工作上的績效表現。 根據研究發現,本研究進一步探討實證結果在管理學術與實務上之意涵、研究限制與未來研究發展方向,期望提供運動器材製造業管理者對於自身在領導風格運用上之參考。
This study is to explore how leadership style used by the executives and leaders of the fitness equipment manufacturing industry effects member’s perception of leadership effectiveness. First, we examine whether the use of transformational leadership and transactional leadership is related to the leadership effectiveness. Second, we discuss if the impact of transformational leadership is greater than transactional leadership in the fitness equipment manufacturing industry. Trying to understand how executives in the industry enhance member’s awareness of leadership effectiveness through their leadership behavior and promote the member’s internal and external performance. In this study, we use the employees of the fitness equipment manufacturing industry of central Taiwan as the study sample (YA CHENG ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING CO., LTD, TONG GENG ENTERPRISE CO.,LTD, DYACO INTERNATIONAL INC,LIFEGEAR TAIWAN LTD ). A total of 575 questionnaires were delivered and 500 copies of questionnaires were returned, the recovery rates were 86.96%.447copies were valid, and the valid respondent rates were 89.4%.This study uses Simple Regression Analysis to examine data. The main findings of this study were summarized as follows: 1. Transformational leadership has a significant positive effect to leadership effectiveness. 2. Transactional leadership has a significant positive effect to leadership effectiveness. 3. Transformational leadership style has a higher impact to leadership effectiveness than transactional leadership. In conclusion, the executive of fitness equipment should pay attention to the use of leadership behavior. When the executive uses transformational leadership, will help staffs a positive perception of leadership effectiveness. When the executive uses transformational leadership and transactional leadership effectively, it will increase employees’ internal and external performance. According to the conclusion, this study further discusses the implication for the management and practice, the limitation of the study, and direction for future research. Also provide a direction for the executive of fitness equipment to use their own leadership style.
