組織變革、領導風格與人力資源管理對組織效能影響之研究 -以台灣南部中小企業為例

摘要


本研究主要在驗證台灣南部地區中小企業中企業領導風格與企業人力資源對企業組織效能的影響關係。企業組織為了適應變動的競爭環境,適時的進行組織變革,提高組織的競爭力與效能,對於企業未來發展有實質的助益。 在實證方面採用問卷調查法,對於各變項的構面衡量皆採用李克特式五點量表來衡量,研究範圍以國內南部地區中小企業為主要範圍,並以企業內部各管理階層人員為主要研究母體。實證結果顯示企業組織變革對企業組織效能是有正面的影響,在企業領導風格方面,顯示企業組織內員工期望領導人員能夠提供明確的期望和目標,才能提高企業組織整體效能;在人力資源管理方面,顯示企業組織內所有員工注重績效如何進行評分與評估。 面對競爭環境快速變遷,企業為不被淘汰,永續經營,組織必須不斷的改變與調整才能去適應競爭激烈的環境,才能使企業組織效能進一步的發揮與提昇。

This research mainly validate in southern Taiwan in SMEs enterprise leadership style and enterprise human resources affect on business organization performance relations. Organizational changes in in order to adapt the competitive environment, timely organizational change and improve the competitiveness of the organization and performancethat for future development of enterprises with substantive help. In the empirical adopted questionnaire survey for among variables. The's dimensions are measured by Likert scale five-point scale used to measure the scope of the study to the domestic of SMEs as the main scope of in the southern region, and levels of management within the enterprise personnel The main research population. Empirical results show that organizational change on organizational performance has a positive impact in the corporate leadership style, employee expectations displayed leader within the organization who can provide clear expectations for and objectives in order to improve overall effectiveness of organizations; human resources management , displayed all employees within the organization how to score and performance-evaluation. Face of rapid change competitive environment, enterprises not to be outdone, and sustainable management, organizations must constantly changes and adjustments in order to adapt to the competitive environment in order to enable organizations exert and improve performance to further.
