本研究主要探討銀行服務業運用中國式領導模式,主管領導行為直接影響領導效能,及透過組織文化產生部分中介影響領導效能之情形。具體而言,其本研究目的如下所示: 一、了解銀行服務業之中國式領導行為。 二、探討「領導行為」、「組織文化」與「領導效能」之關聯性。 本研究採問卷調查法,研究對象為大台中地區本土銀行業行員,共發放400份問卷,有效問卷為355份,有效回收率達88.75%,並以敘述性統計分析、信度及效度分析、相關分析及結構方程模式分析等統計方法作資料結果分析。研究結果發現:一、主管要以身作則,成為部屬楷模;要適時給予部屬關懷與尊重、肯定部屬的努力;提供公平、明確規範制度給予部屬職涯發展,以留住優秀的人才。二、銀行須提供部屬和諧開放工作環境、使部屬感受到歸屬感;提供部屬妥善升遷規劃及職涯管道,以利部屬大展身手。三、給予部屬具開放、信任、支持、像家庭般,以及提供新觀念、思維、充滿活力的創新型組織文化為中介橋梁,使部屬能配合主管進行業務推廣,以提升領導效能。
This study investigates about the application of Chinese leadership of banking services, competent leadership behavior is a direct impact on leadership effectiveness, and the case of partial mediator of leadership effectiveness through organizational culture. Concretely speaking, the research purposes are as follows: 1. To understand the banking services of Chinese leadership behavior. 2. To explore the relationship between leadership behavior, organizational culture, and leadership effectiveness. The study adopted questionnaire survey used on local banking teller for the Greater Taichung area, distributed 400 questionnaires and 355 valid questionnaires, effective recovery rate achieve 88.75%. The data was analyzed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistical analysis, the reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. The results showed that: First, the competent should set a model, becoming a role models; subordinates care and respect, giving them certainly efforts of subordinates; fair, clear specification system to give the subordinate career development in order to retain good subordinates. Second, banks are required to provide subordinates harmony open work environment, so that subordinates feel a sense of belonging; subordinates properly promotion planning and career pipeline in order to facilitate subordinate themselves to the full. Give subordinates with open, trust, support, like family, and to provide new ideas, thinking, vibrant and innovative organizational culture as an intermediary, so that his subordinates with the heads of business promotion in order to enhance leadership effectiveness.
