In recent years, environmental awareness is more important for human being. Development of new and safe method of control pests instead of pesticides has been studied for many years. With high biological activity, specificity, and persistence length, non-toxic, compatibility and quantified using sex pheromone and easy to control, has been an excellent method of alternative pesticides, the development of the sex pheromone in the near future will be the key technologies used in organic agriculture. The sex pheromone of the Sweet Potato Weevil, (Z)-3-dodecenyl-1-ol(E)-2- Butenoate, has developed a new and easy synthetic method. Preparation of the unsaturated double bonds of the sex pheromone structure of the Z-form has been studies by different methods. For better attraction the insect, comparation of different synthetic procedu and their concentration have been studies.
