探討家用瓦斯爐燃燒器之設計與研究

摘要


飲食在東西方有著明顯的地區與文化差異,烹飪亦是,進而影響到烹飪器具,甚至是爐具。瓦斯爐是一種加熱食物的器具,在這個科技進步快速且注重安全與效率的現今,瓦斯爐的加熱、防空燒、智能控制…等功能越來越多樣。因此想要設計一個更符合亞洲人烹飪習慣的智能瓦斯爐,如果將更能調控火焰大小的雙環爐頭,來搭配智能控制的科技,以達到亞洲人多樣的烹飪方式,對使用者而言勢必更加安全與便利。本論文為配有智能控制之雙環瓦斯爐頭,將進行設計發展、改善與研究,研究過程將藉由電腦輔助設計軟體與電腦輔助工程軟體來探討與改善雙環瓦斯爐的混氣與出氣問題。

Noticeable regional and cultural diversities between the East and West diets are observed, and so is the culinary art. This diversity gives quite an impact on kitchen utensils, among which gas stoves are a good example. Since the advanced techonogy, safty and efficiency is valued in the current socity, the heating performance, flame safety devices, intelligent control of gas burning stoves are coming in variety. An intelligent controling gas burning stove seems to be necessary for Asian cooking styles. It would be more convenient and safer if a gas stove with the function of intelligent controling double ring burner flaming. This study is to investigate the designing, developing and improving of the intelligent controling gas burning stove. Computer aided design softwares and computer aided engineering softwares have been implemented to examine and ameliorate the mixed gas related problems from using double ring burners.
