本研究旨在探討醫療志工在利他動機、利己動機、社會認同對自我決定理論的自主感、勝任感及關係感哪一項對使命感及團體目標最有影響力,進而能對志工服務工作的持續參與或推薦他人參加,並採用立意取樣方法蒐集台灣的北、中、南服務於醫學中心及區域級教學醫院的志工為研究樣本進行施測,以問卷調查方式。問卷發放及回收350份,扣除填答不完整之問卷有效問卷為338份,有效回收率為 96.6 %,統計分析方法為描述性統計、驗證性因素分析及結構方程模式等方法,以考驗研究假設。 本研究結果為:(一)利他動機對自主感、勝任感、關係感有顯著影響。(二)利己動機對自主感無顯著影響,對勝任感、關係感則有顯著影響。(三)社會認同對自主感、勝任感有顯著影響,對關係感則無顯著影響。(四)自主感對使命感、團體目標皆無顯著影響。(五)勝任感對使命感、團體目標皆有顯著影響。(六)關係感對使命感、團體目標皆有顯著影響。
The focus of this study is to examine whether medical volunteers are motivated by altruism, egoism, social obligation separately to autonomy, competence or relatedness in self-determination theory, which are most influential on mission and group goals. Thus, these may influence that volunteers will continued or recommend others to participate the volunteer works or not. Subjects were selected from medical centers and regional teaching hospitals in north, middle and south of Taiwan. Sampling method was used purposive sampling, a total 350 were surveyed and 338 returned valid. The returned valid ratio was 96.6%. Statistical method included descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and structure equation model. The results of the research are as follow: 1. The “altruism” significantly effects the “autonomy, competence or relatedness”. 2. The “egoism” doesn’t significantly effects the “autonomy”, but significantly effects the “competence or relatedness”. 3. The “social obligation” has significantly effects the “autonomy or competence”, but doesn’t significantly effects the “relatedness”. 4. The “autonomy” doesn’t significantly effects the “mission or group goals”. 5. The “competence” significantly effects the “mission or group goals”. 6. The “relatedness” significantly effects the “mission or group goals”.
