摘 要 本研究旨在探討臺中市公立教保員在情緒耗竭、工作滿足與離職意圖間之關連性,研究方法是參考國內外相關文獻,採用施測的工具為「情耗竭量表」、「工作滿足量表」與「離職意圖量表」。以臺中市公立教保員為研究對象,採用臺中市103學年度公立幼兒園教保費核定表中人數,共發放190份問卷,回收175份問卷,剔除無效問卷10份,有效問卷165份,問卷回收率92%,有效問卷回收率87%。以SPSS統計軟體進行統計分析,分析項目有因素分析、變異數分析、皮爾森相關分析、多元逐步迴歸分析方法,以考驗研究之假設。本研究結果如下: 一、臺中市公立教保員的情緒耗竭、工作滿足與離職意圖在不同背景變項 有顯著差異。 二、臺中市公立教保員的情緒耗竭、工作滿足與離職意圖之間存在顯著相 關。 三、臺中市公立教保員的情緒耗竭、工作滿足與離職意圖各變項間存在顯 著相關。 四、臺中市公立教保員的情緒耗竭、工作滿足對離職意圖具有顯著預測力。 關鍵字:情緒耗竭、工作滿足、離職意圖、公立教保員
ABSTRACT This study aims to explore the relationship among emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction, and turnover intention of dispatched educare givers in public preschool of Taichung city. Questionnaire survey is performed to collect data. The subjects are the dispatched professional employees of the engineering consulting companies who are assigned to execute the construction project for a steel plant. 190 questionnaires were randomly distributed and 175 were collected where165 (with 87%) were valid. The methodology of this research includes the factor analysis, multi-variable analysis of variance (MANOVA), Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results from this study are as follows. 一、The questionnaires for measuring emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction and turnover possess good validity and reliability. 二、For dispatched educare givers in public preschool of Taichung city with different background do have significant difference in emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. 三、For dispatched educare givers in public preschool of Taichung city, there exist significant correlation among personalities, emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. 四、For dispatched educare givers in public preschool of Taichung city, turnover intention can be significantly predicted by emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction variables.
