摘要 本研究旨在探討青少年身體意象、學業成就對參與休閒活動之影響,以台中市某國中為研究對象,採普查方式進行問卷發放,共計發放724份,有效問卷724份,回收率達100%。資料分析方法採用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析。其研究結果發現受訪者九年級較多且男性多於女性;父母親教育程度以高中職、國中(初中)最多;父親職業以技術性工人或事務性工作人員為最多;母親職業以半技術性和非技術性工人最多。受訪之學生身體意象介於普通與同意之間,其中以「身體各部位滿意度」為最高,其次為「外表評估」,最後為「外表取向」。學生休閒活動中以「靜態性休閒」為最高,其次為「消費性休閒」,「體能性休閒」為第三。在身體意象方面,「性別」對身體意象有顯著差異,其他皆未達顯著差異。在參與休閒活動方面,「性別」、「年級」、「母親社經地位」對參與休閒活動有顯著差異,其餘皆不顯著。在身體意象方面發現,身體意象對參與休閒活動有顯著正向影響。在學業成就方面,學業成就對參與休閒活動無顯著影響。也就是說學生學業成就對參與休閒活動不具解釋能力。身體意象、學業成就對參與休閒活動有顯著正向影響,其中又以身體意象的影響力較高。 建議學校單位可加強青少年在青春期與兩性的正確觀念與輔導,建立青少年以健康的心態面對成長中的變化。設立青少女專屬體能性休閒課程,以提升女學生參與體能性休閒活動,培養課餘之正當休閒活動,提供戶外休閒活動之場地及相關資訊。 【關鍵字】:身體意象、學業成就、參與休閒活動
Abstract This study aimed to discuss the effect of body image and academic achievement of teenagers to the participation of leisure activity. The study researched on the students in certain junior high school in Taichung City and issued the questionnaire by general survey method. The study issued 724 sets of questionnaires and received 724 effective questionnaires; the response rate has reached 100%. The study adopted methods of Descriptive Statistics, Independent-Sample t Test, One-Way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results revealed that the 9th grade students were the majority of participants and the numbers of male was more than female; high school level prevailed in the level of education of parents; most of the occupation of fathers was technical workers or officers, while most of the mother worked as semi-technical or non-technical workers. The body image of participated students was between nature and agree. Among it, the “Satisfaction of body parts” scored the highest; “Estimation of appearance” stood in the next place, while “Appearance-orientation” was at last. In the student recreation aspect, “Static recreation” was the highest one; next was “Consumed recreation”, and “Physical recreation” at the 3rd place. In body image aspect, the “Gender” had a significant difference, while others had not. In terms of participating in leisure activity, “Gender”, “Grade” and “Socioeconomic status of mother” had a significant difference with leisure participation, while others had not. In the result of body image, the researcher found that the body image had a significant positive effect to leisure participation. But the academic achievement had no significant influence to leisure participation. The results indicated that the academic achievement was incapable to explain the leisure participation. The body image and academic achievement had a significant positive effect to leisure participation, among which the body image stood the highest. The study proposed educational organizations to reinforce the accurate concept and support of teenage and genders of teenagers, for the healthy mind of teenagers should be built to address the changes in growth. The establishment of physical recreation program exclusively for female students may improve the participation of leisure activity to cultivate the extracurricular and proper activity. The organization may also provide the sites and relative information of outdoor activity. 【Keywords】: Body image, academic achievement, leisure activities
