大學生參與校外實習課程之研究

摘要

本研究旨在檢視對於參與校外實習課程之學生之心理充能（Psychological empowerment）、工作滿意度及工作意願，未來是否選擇金融保險為優先考量之行業，根據研究之成果，提出關於實習課程之相關建議。本研究以問卷作為實證研究，問卷研究對象為台中朝陽科大保金系大三升大四參與暑假實習之學生，並以Likert五點尺度作為評量依據（1代表非常不同意，5代表非常同意）分數越高表示確認或贊同程度越高，問卷回收後採用SPSS分析信效度、ANOVA及多元迴歸分析，研究結果發現校外實習課程對於心理充能、工作滿意度及工作意願皆為正向顯著關係。

This study aimed to examine the student's participation in school psychology internship psychological empowerment, job satisfaction and willingness to work, the future is selected as the first priority of the finance and insurance industry, according to the results of research, some suggestions regarding the internship program. In this study, a questionnaire as empirical research, questionnaire study of Taichung, Chaoyang university of technology premiums rose a junior senior summer internship of participating students, and Likert five-point scale as assessment is based on ( 1 for strongly disagree and 5 is strongly agree) the higher the score, the higher the degree of confirmation or approval, reliability and validity analysis using SPSS after the questionnaires were collected, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis, the researchers found that off-campus internship program for psychological empowerment, job satisfaction and willingness to work are all significant positive relationship .
