應用設計協助社區產業發展模式之探討—以南投縣某社區關懷據點為例

A Study to Develop a Sustainable Development Model for Community-Based Care Center Assisted by Product Design

摘要

創作者曾服務於南投縣國姓鄉某社福單位，有感於目前臺灣面臨人口
老化問題且社區據點的營運狀況也影響了許多長輩的福利服務，因此希望
透過本創作研究，提出社區據點永續發展模式，改善目前社區關懷據點所面
臨的問題。
臺灣老年人口逐漸增加，政府為了人口老化問題，設置了許多福利法規，
並於民國 94年創辦社區關懷據點與長期照護政策， 期望建立一個普及化的
照顧服務網路及社區居民關懷互助社區。本研究透過文史資料收集、田野調
查等研究方法，以及運用國內學者林榮泰教授提出的 文化產生知識經濟的
概念圖 分析現有 社區永續經營 成功案例，以及將 美 國紐約 Elders Share the Arts(ESTA)機構引進台灣的傳承藝術 的生命回顧 課程帶入社區 關懷據點的
課程 活動中 引導長者將自身的經驗與記憶傳承下來，進行作品創作，再透
過設計的角度，將長者作品中傳遞的故事具體商品化， 進而 設計建立社區關
懷據點的永續經營模式。

The Aging Problem of Taiwan affects the welfare services of many elders.
Creator hopes this creative research can be help elders and Propose patterns to solve problems.
Taiwan's elderly population is gradually increasing.Government for the problem of aging population to set up many welfare regulations.Expect to establish a universal Care service network and community residents caring for mutual aid communities.

So far this paper has focused on design transformation.Creator used success case in Taiwan to analyze successful patterns.
Introduced the Elders Share the Arts (ESTA) organization in New York, USA.They
used Artistic creation to help the elderly remember and record.

Finally, this this paper will use the creation of the elderly to design goods and promote their's story. I will provide a design model to
sustainable operation of community care bases.
