This research has mainly examined the use of Soundbeam music teaching in the development of children’s creativity. It has also been found that the teaching of music contributes to the development of children’s physical abilities. The aim of the Soundbeam music research is :to advance the development of children’s creativity; and to track the effects on physical movements among children ages 4 to 6 years old. The Soundbeam music unit is based on the principle of 4 to 6 year-old children’s physical and mental development using the advisor’s curriculum. There are four events in all. The research has mainly been implemented using the Case Study Method of qualitative study. The materials related to the research were gathered by participation and interview. By collecting and analyzing the information by qualitative methods, the study is also applied to quantized data as a subsidiary. The reference materials included children’s personal data, questionnaires from parents, Thinking Creatively in Action and Movement Measurement, observation forms, feedback from lessons, and interviews with parents and kindergarten teachers. The research findings included: 1. The four study cases made progress in the aspect of creativity (fluency, originality, and imagination). Furthermore, the session process statistics have shown a positive conclusion as well. As a result, the music teaching curriculum helped to improve children’s creativity. 2. Comprehend and further the body movement ability of the four study cases through the Soundbeam development activities, which included “hello” songs, “attendance” songs (discovery games), imagination activities, and “goodbye” songs.
