專利地圖暨策略技術藍圖之整合研究-以薄膜太陽能電池為例

摘要


近一百年來,能源消耗甚劇,加上溫室效應影響使得環境變遷,各國家政府無不尋找替代性能源,來維持國家穩定發展,因此各國政府無不積極投入再生能源利用,尋求一個乾淨低污染能源。 在眾多的再生能源當中以太陽能光電為其中?楚,我國政府也在「能源國家型科技計畫」當中的太陽能光電領域投入最多經費;再者,大部分研究論文多以較大範圍來針對太陽能電池作為專利分析探討,所以本篇論文將以太陽能電池中「薄膜太陽能電池」作為主軸來探討其產業發展與趨勢並透過專利分析所獲得資訊整理成可供日後研究學者及決策單位參考的依據。 本研究使用Brockhoff(1992) 與Ernst(1998)專利資訊建立之專利組合模型觀點,以公司層面及技術層面建構出薄膜太陽能電池之專利組合圖,再輔以T-PLAN策略技術藍圖手法對薄膜太陽能電池產業提供研發規劃上策略技術參考。 本研究所得到主要有五個結論如下: 1.薄膜太陽能電池產業經歷三個完整生命週期。 2.台灣在薄膜太陽能電池產業地位專利件數僅有三件,排名第五名,顯示台灣在薄膜太陽能電池領域仍有發展空間。 3.薄膜太陽能電池產業技術生命週期現況可能在衰退期階段,初步判斷技術遇到瓶緊或其他材料環境等因素影響所致。 4.專利資料經由專利組合變為視覺化,提供決策者更清晰、效率的瞭解產業現況。 5.薄膜太陽能電池策略技術藍圖。 關鍵字:專利分析、專利組合模型、T-PLAN策略技術藍圖。

Nearly a century, the energy consumption is very drama, coupled with the impact of the greenhouse effect makes the changes in the environment, the national government are all looking for alternative energy sources, to maintain national stability and development, and therefore governments are all actively involved in renewable energy use, seeking a clean low-polluting energy. Among the many renewable energy products, including solar PV as one leaders, our government is also "Energy National Science and Technology Program" among the field of solar photovoltaic greatest amount of investment; Moreover, most of the research papers mostly to target a larger range of solar cell As a patent analysis to explore, so this paper will be solar cells, "thin-film solar cell" as the main axis to discuss the development trends in their industries through patent analysis of access to information collated for future reference by researchers and decision-making basis. This study used Brockhoff (1992) and Ernst (1998) patent information model for the establishment of the patent portfolio point of view, to the corporate level and technical level construct thin-film solar cell of the patent portfolio map, supplemented by T-PLAN strategy modus operandi of the thin-film solar energy technology roadmap battery industry to provide research and development planning strategy for technical reference. The Institute has five main conclusions are as follows: 1. Thin-film solar cell industry through three full life cycle. 2. Taiwan''s position in the thin-film solar cell industry, the number of patents is only three, ranking fifth of Taiwan''s solar cell area of the film there is still room for development. 3. Thin-film solar cell industry, technology life-cycle status may be a recession period, the preliminary technical experience to determine tight bottle or other materials due to environmental factors. 4. Patent information into a visual through the patent portfolio to provide policy-makers clearer understanding of the efficiency of industry status. 5.
