本研究之目的旨在探討我國壽險公司領導者行為、人性對待與組織社會化對員工滿意度之間的關係。本研究係以國內壽險公司員工為研究對象,採用發放問卷調查法,正式問卷共計發放250份,回收有效樣本數為211份。根據問卷調查所得之資料,以SPSS 18.0 套裝軟體為統計分析工具,運用敘述性統計分析、信度分析、獨立樣本檢定、變異數分析與迴歸分析等方法進行分析。研究結果與發現歸納如下: 一、不同背景壽險公司員工對員工滿意度、人性對待、領導者行為、組織社會化差異分析,結果顯示性別、年齡、學歷、職階對員工滿意度有顯著差異;年齡、學歷、職階對人性對待、領導者行為以及組織社會化有顯著差異。 二、本研究顯示人性對待、領導者行為、組織社會化等三個構面對員工滿意度影響均達顯著水準,其中以組織社會化對員工滿意度之正向影響最高,人性對待次之,領導者行為對員工滿意度影響相對較低。
The goal of this research is to explore the relationship among the employee’s satisfaction and the life insurance companies’ leadership bechavior, humane treatment and organizational socialization.This thesis adopts questionnaire survey procedure, select the employees as the object of the study. The total of official questionnaires is 250, and valid questionnaires aer 211. According to the data of questionnaire, I adopt SPSS18.0 coverall software as the statistical analysis tool, and apply narrative statistical analysis, letter analysis, independent sample examination, variance analysis, and regressional analysis to carries on the analysis. The result and discoveries can be induced as the following: First, the life insureance servicers with different backgrounds show the distinctive differences in the employee’s satisfaction due to humane treatment, leader bechavior, organizational socialization. Gender, age, academic background, and official rank will demonstrate the differences in the employee’s satisfaction. Age, academic background, and official rank will demonstrate the differences in the humane treatment, leader bechavior, organizational socialization. Second, the thesis indicates the influence of these three construction aspections of humane treatment, leader bechavior, and organizational socialization can reach distinctive level. When it comes to positive influences, organizational socialization takes the first place, humane treatment takes the second one, and leader bechavior is comparatively low.
