近年來,以手作工作室形態經營的花藝創作者逐日增加,讓消費者有更多與花草共同生活的體驗機會。花藝作品不僅是人們送禮時的選項,也漸漸成為消費者用以妝點生活空間或豐富心靈層面的選擇。 本研究透過個案研究法與深度訪談法,探討要點如下: 1. 台灣花藝工作室的經營模式與現今社會發展之間的關聯性。 2. 解析各花藝工作室的經營狀況、作品風格、品牌特色與差異。 3. 透過研究結果進行花藝設計品牌規劃與創作。 希望提供後輩創業者訂定經營模式的參考,增加個人工作室的創業成功率。 本研究發現,花藝設計工作室的創作者,活躍於個人專長領域,對花藝設計抱持相當的熱情,在工作室的經營方針與生活態度緊密結合,採預約制的經營方式使工作與生活間有更多的彈性,也增加了目標消費者對品牌花藝作品的認同感。在作品創作方面,創作靈感以日常生活故事或經驗為主,多探討花與生活之間的關係,作品呈現方式多以花束和花圈為主。 亦發現各家工作室的花藝作品,儘管有些與其他專業結合,但甚少與平面設計做加分之搭配應用,故透過設計創作與規劃,發表花藝設計品牌「Flower & Card」將花藝設計與平面設計相結合,奠定本研究品牌創作的概念。並舉辦花藝創作展「Life with Flower」透過不同管道和方式,發現人們在生活與花之間的關聯,發揮工作室多元經營的特色,搭起這道花與生活之間的橋樑。
For past few years, more and more flower designers founded their individual handmade design studios, creating opportunities for consumers to experience the lifestyle with flowers. Flower design works become not only present options but also choice of home decoration which brings people sense of satisfaction. The study searches following points through Case Study and In-deep Interview : 1 .The relationship between current social trend and the operation model of flower design studios in Taiwan. 2. Analysis the operation situation, design style, and branding characteristic of flower design studios Taiwan. 3. Take advantage of the study result to start a flower design branding creation project. The research results can serve as reference for designers who want to start an individual handmade design studio to make operation model and reduce the risk. This study shows most flower designers are enthusiastic about their work and life. They make operation principles according to their own life attitude and take daily inspiration into their works, mainly in the form of flower wreaths and bouquets. They often adopt reservation rule, which offers flexibility between their work and life and raises consumer identity of their branding design works at the same time. The study finds out there are only few flower design works combining with other design domains in Taiwan. To implement the concept of branding establishment, the author develops a flower design brand “Flower & Card”, combining flower design with graphic design, and holds flower creation exhibition ”Life with Flower”. Try to use multiple ways to release the value of diversity operation and establish a bridge between consumers and flowers.
