本研究主要探討高職學生人格特質、心流體驗對網路沉迷之影響,並以台中市明台高級中學高職部學生為研究對象,採簡單隨機抽樣法選取研究樣本,進行問卷調查,問卷共計發放841份,回收841份,有效問卷827份,研究結果如下: 一、本研究受測高職學生計827人,以女性居多,年齡以16歲最多,一年級學生人數最多,平常在家中上網人數最多數,一週上網時數,以20小時(含以下)人數最多,多數家長偶而會限制使用電腦,家中電腦多數可以任意使用。 二、人格特質、心流體驗與網路沉迷現況分析 (一) 整體受測學生在人格特質方面皆呈現正向感受。 (二) 受測學生在心流體驗中呈現為中間偏上程度。 (三) 受測學生之網路沉迷情形程度為中下程度。 三、高職學生在人格特質方面,會因「性別」、「年齡」、「年級」等個人因素的不同,而呈現顯著差異。 四、高職學生在心流體驗方面,會因「性別」、「年齡」、「年級」、及「上網時數」等個人因素的不同,而呈現顯著差異。 五、高職學生在網路沉迷方面,會因「性別」、「年齡」、「年級」、「上網時數」、「限制上網時間」及「使用電腦」等個人因素的不同,而呈現顯著差異。 六、整體而言,人格特質與心流體驗對於網路沉迷傾向皆有顯著的正向影響力,亦即人格特質越強烈,或心流體驗感受程度越高,則網路沉迷傾向的程度也就越高。建議學校單位能協助學生學習人際溝通之技巧,或鼓勵學生多參與社團活動,以降低網路沉迷現象。而家長能幫助孩子正確使用網路的觀念,並積極培養新的興趣或休閒活動,希望藉由多元的活動,紓解學生的心情或課業上的壓力,期待能在現今複雜的網路環境中,降低對網路沉迷的可能性。
This study was investigating the vocational high school students’ personality traits and flow experiences, which being influenced by Internet addiction . The survey took the Mingtai High School vocational students of Taichung City as the research object and used purposive sampling to select study sample. The questionnaires were issued 841 copies, 841 returned, and 827 valid. The results as follows: 1. The number of research subjects from the vocational high school totals to 827. According to the research survey, the result comes into the following conclusion: All in all, the majority are 10th grader female students who are aged 16 years old. In general, the study samples who normally surf the Net at home, spending at most or beneath 20 hours per week are in the majority. Most parents, once in a while, limit their children to use the computers, but on the contrary, most computers at home can be operated freely without any limitations. 2. The current analysis of personality trait, flow experience and Internet addition. (1) The whole sample students all present the positive sensation in personality trait. (2) The research subjects in flow experience show their level is close to the upper center. (3) The condition of the Internet addition for the study samples is in the lower center degree. 3. For personality traits, vocational students due to personal factors such as "gender", "age", and "grade", the results show significant differences. The results of dimensions test indicated that "affinity" accepted the most attention, and “neuroticism” the least. 4. For fall experiences, vocational students due to personal factors such as "gender", "age", "grade", and “surfing-time”, they show significant differences as well. The results of dimensions test indicated that " immediate feedback" accepted the most attention, and “empty of self” the least. 5. For Internet addiction , vocational students due to personal factors such as "gender", "age", "grade", “surfing-time”, “lock surfing-time”, and “using computer”, they show significant differences as well. The results of dimensions test indicated that " compulsive internet use" accepted the most attention, and “online time management ” the least. 6. Overall, the tendency of the personality traits and flow experiences for Internet addiction, which has significant positive influences. That is to say, the more strongly personality traits was or the higher degree flow experiences reached, the higher Internet addiction tendencies grew. Further observation, the impact of flow experiences to Internet addiction tendencies is greater than the one of personality traits. We suggest that the schools should help students learn more skills of interpersonal communication or encourage them to participate in extracurricular activities in order to reduce the addiction of surfing the Internet. We also suggest that parents should guide their children how to properly use the Internet and to explore more new interests or pleasure in activities. Through diverse activities, they could relieve pressure on the mood or schoolwork. We hope all students reduce the likelihood of occurrence of the Internet addiction in today''s complicated network environment of the society.
