近年全球產業環境受景氣不佳影響而呈現成長趨緩,中國製造業亦受此影響,但在全球各國家中其經濟成長仍為全球最佳。其製造技術及管理落後,產品多屬中低端產品,在具市場規模需求下,各國遂競相投入此區域開發,中國則由『世界工廠』變成『世界市場』。 個案公司鍛壓設備產品線廣,對中國依賴程度高,然面臨中國廠商崛起及先進廠商交相夾擊窘境中,為於中國競爭激烈環境找出其藍海,本研究遂透過產業分析模組手法,經由外部產業環境及個案公司內部資源交叉分析,探討出鍛造設備在中國汽車產業持續穩定發展下,仍具有非常大之競爭優勢,而擬出個案公司鍛造設備於中國之最適競爭策略。
Case company forging equipment with broad product lines is high degree of depending on China and then faces the dilemma of the rise of Chinese and advanced manufacturers crossing attack. In this study, industry analysis module practices are utilizing to find the Blue Ocean in the highly competitive environment in China. The forging equipment still has a very large competitive advantage in the sustained and stable development of China automobile industry by crossing analysis via an external industrial environment and internal resources of the case company.
