寵物殯葬紙紮屋創作設計

摘要


近年來,臺灣社會結構正在轉換,家庭人口數開始遞減,出生率降低,晚婚與單身的族群增加,伴隨著少子化現象,人與人關係開始逐漸疏離,並藉由飼養寵物來轉移情感上的交流與心情抒發。 寵物的角色逐漸開始變化,從「實用價值」提升至「情感價值」,寵物不只是寵物(Pet),而是同伴動物(Companion animal)。寵物提供了如同家人般的情感交流,形成飼主的心理支柱和情緒撫慰。寵物被擬人化,寵物的食、衣、住、行、育、樂,被比照人的照料,視為如家人的看待;寵物已轉成了家人化,是家庭的一分子。因少子化與不婚族人口變多,寵物越來越被重視,也延伸出新的社會問題,包括對於寵物往生時,如何慰藉飼主的心靈,平撫飼主失去的痛,成為寵物產品設計時需要考慮的重要因素。 面對重要的情感喪失,飼主需要經歷調適,如果草率的處理此歷程,飼主的心情將難以平復。本研究透過緣→歛→殯→葬→續之寵物殯葬流程探討,從遺體處理方式與飼主慰藉的感情背景下發展出適宜的寵物殯葬商品。針對寵物往生部分,進行創意設計發想,發展寵物紙紮屋的概念創作,對於寵物往生處理方式提出創新設計,以達成安慰飼主心靈效果 經由心智圖表法找出寵物往生,相關聯性的詞句進行設計延伸,並運用主題看板,發展產品材質與需求。透過情感上的交流與寵物擬人化的轉變,進行傳遞的祝福設計,運用立體卡片具有空間視覺意象及一張紙製成,並將紙祭品與紙棺結合概念導入本研究創作。 所以寵物殯葬紙紮屋不只是商品,透過寵物殯葬流程緣→歛→殯→葬→續中,可以讓飼主心中得到慰藉,傳達飼主最後的祝福與感謝,商品透過完整流程讓飼主釋懷,是寵物殯葬的情感消費。

In recent years, Taiwan’s social structure has undergone a transformation. Due to a de-cline in household population, a decrease in birth rates, an increase in delayed marriage and the unmarried population, coupled with low birth rates, alienated interpersonal relationships have resulted. Therefore, people keep pets for emotional exchange and expression of feelings. The role of pets has gradually changed from “practical value” to “sentimental value,” making them not just pets, but companions. Pets provide family-like emotional exchange and become a psychological pillar and emotional comfort of owners. Pets are personified in the sense that they are taken care of in the same way that people are. Pets receive food, clothing, shelter, transport, education, and entertainment and are even regarded as family members. Due to low birthrates and increased bachelorism, pets have received more attention, thus giv-ing rise to new social problems, including how owners build spiritual sustenance when their pets pass away and how owners can ease their pain of loss. These are important factors to consider when designing pet products. When facing an important emotional loss, the owner needs to experience emotional ad-justment. If this is not handled properly, soothing the owner’s mood will be difficult. This re-search goes from edge → convergence → funeral → burial → continuation in the investiga-tion of the pet funeral and interment process. From the mode of handling the remains and the emotional background of the owner’s solace, suitable pet funeral and interment merchandise can be developed. Creative designs aimed at the concept of pet rebirth was conducted to de-velop the conceptual creation of a ceremonial paper house for pets. The innovative design was proposed for the handling mode of the pets’ rebirth, so that owners may achieve a spiritual healing effect. The rebirth of the pet can be found from the mind chart method. Regarding the linked expressions, design extension can be conducted and the billboard theme used to develop the product materials and requirements. Through the emotional exchange and the pet’s anthro-pomorphic change, the blessing design is transferred, and a three-dimensional card with space for visual imagery was made from paper. The combined concept of paper offerings and paper coffin was imported into this study’s creation. Therefore, the pet funerary paper house is not just a commodity, but through the pet hearse process from the edge → convergence → funeral → burial → continuation, the hearts of pet owners can find solace, and the owners can convey their final blessing and gratitude. The commodity, through the completion of the process, can let the owners find relief in the emotional consummation of a pet funeral and interment.
