少子化在近年來對於台灣社會經濟與發展的影響,同時對於兒童教育服務市場更顯得競爭的白熱化。傳統的兒童教育經營服務方式已不能滿足現代社會家庭的需求。學前教育和兒童課後才藝與安親課程,不再只是保育或是教學工作而已,其所提供更多的服務是完善的社會教育與親職教育活動的串連。面對社會結構轉變為少子化的趨勢,兒童教育產業不單只是面對教育理念與規範、課程規劃的轉型、人力資源發展,在其產業發展結構的轉型的議題,也從單一服務項目演變成多元化的教學與服務型態。 本研究以A幼兒園為個案,依據灰色理論GM(0,N)與應用灰結構探討兒童教育其教育產業營運模式。依據個案機構在管理與經營上的實際數據分析,討論近幾年來個案機構轉變與因應的策略,進而建立針對少子化衝擊情勢下,兒童教育事業相互支援與發展商業經營模式的可行策略。 研究顯示,透過個案機構相互支援與發展模式中,能善用經營過程建立的(1) 市場機會 (2) 競爭優勢(3) 定位與價值主張 (4) 經營策略(5) 組織發展,等競爭優勢因素為克服少子化衝擊的關鍵因素,本研究結論可作為兒童教育產業面對少子化危機挑戰,建立有效商業經營模式及執行策略的參考。結果顯示幼兒班及安親班、為第一位及及第二位、因為兒童教育機構教育機構主要為日間托育,其主要功能是在提供家庭幼兒或兒童照顧與保育與教育的各項需求設施與設備需求的機構,和實際的情形相當吻合。而美語班為一類,也符合目前家長對子女語言學習的需求。其他的班別可以看出是屬於才藝的部分,也是相當合理的結果。
